"If my King is dead, then who am I serving now? My beloved King Arthur has been granted another chance to reclaim Camelot again, so stay out of our affairs!" yelled Bedivere, running towards the Spearman.
Rina's fringe had fallen over her eyes as she merely held her spear with one hand and stabbed it into the ground to defend herself against Bedivere's attack.
"Your affairs? The murdering of thousands of innocent people? Is that what the Knights of the Round Table are known for?! For killing the commonfolk?!" roared Rina as she took out her spear to swing at the Knight, all while Bedivere's sword was against her weapon.
Bedivere was blown backward by the sudden burst of strength from the Flower Mage, causing him to rethink his idea about fighting the small Butterfly Girl. Instead, the Knight's eyes flashed dangerously as he jumped toward Rina at inhuman speeds.
"The Round Table isn't the same as before, so you can't compare this new group with the original! The previous one was flawed! Too many problems... Because our King was too nice to the people! Too many unworthy and dirty people... Thus, we are trying to create a new world."
"One without sin... One without pain... That's why we've been hunting down those disgusting men and erasing those who are unworthy of becoming our utopia!" shouted Bedivere as he continued to clash swords with Rina.
The Flower Mage skillfully met each strike from the angered Knight with ease and had no problem switching to physical combat mode as she landed an overhead kick on him.
Unfortunately, the kick's strength was so great that it caused the ground beneath the Defending Knight to give way, creating a crater. Rina noticed that though his strength was enhanced, Bedivere's strength and defense were very similar to the original profile.
"You disgust me... How can your ideals be so warped?! Killing others for the sake of making a new kingdom... Isn't the way to create a new nation! The Knights were seen as the ones who could protect Camelot, with your King drawing out the Sword of Promised Victory."
"The King had slain Vortigern and became famous for the death of a creature. You gave hope to the people... Only to snatch it away from them! And you should know that you killed a giant in this Domain! How are all those achievements not enough for you?!"
"Why do you still want to come back and create another group? Your King wasn't nice to the people, and you know it best, Bedivere of the Perfect Sinew... He was a monster! How can he rule a kingdom again?! Yes, I agree that the previous Round Table was too divided."
"But that's because your King couldn't understand the hearts of those who served him, let alone the people who worshipped him! A King who fails to recognize the heart of the common people, listening to their pain and needs... Isn't a King at all! Just some child playing pretend!"
"So even if you tried making another kingdom, it would only crumble again! Because you still haven't learned your lesson!" explained Rina, finally landing a cut on Bedivere.
The Knight of Loyalty cursed as he felt the spear cutting through his left side. It had been such a long time since he had fought against a formidable opponent or gotten a wound.
"No... That's not true! The King was perfect in everyone's eyes! My King was not-"
"Everyone's eyes? If that's the case, then why did Mordred initiate the rebellion? Why did Tristan leave the Round Table? And especially Lancelot... Why did he get involved with King Arthur's wife if the King was so perfect? Of course, everyone has flaws, but you must learn when to stay dead!"
"Stop clinging to a useless dream! If the world had no sin, it wouldn't be human! There's no such thing as a sinless utopia, especially if you will make it by slaughtering thousands of innocent people!"
With the last sentence coming out of her mouth, Rina gave a mighty kick to Bedivere's head which was countered by his sword. After that, things became slow as Rina stabbed her spear into the ground for balance and used all of her strength to push through with the attack.
The last step worked as Bedivere was blown backward and skidded the ground with his back. A standard Mage would've been convulsing, but Bedivere looked like he was only encountering a small problem. The Spearman took her chance and concentrated her power on the weapon.
Streams of pink and purple Elemental Energy danced around the Flower Mage as she closed her eyes. Bedivere lunged towards the still Flower Mage but was forced backward because of how much Elemental Power she was putting out.
