The place looked incredibly impressive as Raiyen was there to light a few torches to allow Mordred to see the area. The torches weren't bright enough to light the whole place, so when the fireflies came out to play, the two luminous objects didn't clash when it came to the entire picture.
It reminded Mordred of a small village she once went to with a lovely old granny serving her soup. Blurry images popped up in her mind, but Mordred quickly stashed it all away as she scanned the area. The walls were white and in pristine condition.
"I've gathered all the Time Frames, and we are ready to commence the conjuring of the spell. I wouldn't have believed that we'd pull this off, but here we are. We needed more time, but it seems that the spell and area are stable enough to go through with the final stage of the spell."
"Mavislin, do you have enough strength and power in you to get me through the whole chant of the spell?" asked Raiyen, glancing at the Valkyrie.
"Yes. For the time being, I will activate the emblem to boost your powers to the most your body can go," said Mavislin, shooting his arm out to the Time Mage.
"Alright then, here goes nothing," said Raiyen, cracking his knuckles.
The emblem on his arm shined as Raiyen felt a surge of power running through his body. The pain wasn't nerve-wracking since Raiyen had gotten used to it. The Time Mage closed his eyes and placed his opened palms outwards as he stood at the area entrance.
Raiyen's Elemental Aura flared brilliantly as swirls of green and blue lights appeared all around the soon-to-be orphanage.
"I give this building the Past, Present, and Future Time Frames to create an area forbidden by others to tread. A land where no hate can dwell and no pain is felt. I am one of the surviving Time Mages, and I activate this Time Loop with sufficient Frames!" yelled Raiyen.
The area shook as the Time Frames of the past, present, and future were neatly arranged. From where Mavislin and Mordred stood, the entire building looked like it was being divided into three stages in the same picture. But Raiyen was far from done with the chant.
"I have seen the birth where it'd all began. I have seen the fate of the stars above me and down to the Earth. I've even witnessed the first steps of man. I know of knowledge from ancient times, and some must never be known. Secrets that must never be told, even if they are of my own."
"I know of mysteries that can never be solved and questions that may never be asked. I have met creatures and seen how they evolved through the cracked lands and worlds. I have seen all creations burn and fought in wars that could break Death's door."
"I have seen laws being broken by Time and the power that binds it to us Time Mages. I had seen when Time was no more, where it's the end of it all," chanted the Time Mage, as his Aura increased to dangerous heights.
Mavislin ordered Mordred to back away as the area continued to shake. During the first half of the chant, Mavislin noticed that marks appeared all over the Time Mage's body. At first, the Valkyrie thought it was the flicker of the flames, but the second half confirms the patterns.
"I was there when there was nothing. I was there when it'd everything. I was there when the stars fell. I was there to witness hell. This is the knowledge of a Time Mage. This is the burden of a Time King. These are the memories of a Mage never to cross another of the same kind..."
"This is the final spell that the previous Time Master created to protect the young ones who couldn't survive the harsh world. In honor of his sacrifice, I will finish the spell and create the place we sought out since the dawn of our creation!" yelled Raiyen as he opened his eyes.
Mavislin quickly threw up her Black Wave Hibiscus to protect Mordred and herself from the shockwave emitted from Raiyen's body. Speaking about the Time Mage's body, the Valkyrie was shocked to see the patterns glowing brilliantly in flashing green and blue on all of Raiyen's skin.
The Valkyrie took a small step forward before realizing the marks' true meaning. Mavislin placed a mouth over her opened mouth, much to Mordred's confusion.
"Is he truly... But how is that possible? I never knew that someone could bridge the worlds like this..." mumbled Mavislin as beads of sweat dripped down her head.
The Valkyrie hadn't noticed it at first, but now it was increasingly evident. Raiyen wasn't any old Time Mage. He was...
