Deciding to forget all about the system and the status page and instead focus on school for now, I walked out of my house with my family, only leading to myself being surprised and startled by something I should have already known and seen.
MY HOUSE WAS HUGE!
It was as big as a mansion!
It was that big!
I didn't take note of it whilst walking back from school or even when I was in the house because I was so confused and engrossed by 1. my transmigration and 2. the voice in my head, or in other words, the system.
However, something was off...
I don't ever remember Jungkook being rich in his early life...unless...
he didn't tell ARMY about it?
or maybe the history of this lifetime has been changed due to my appearance?
...
Whatever it is, it's weird.
Whilst having an internal war in my head, me and my family arrived at the place which happened to be the destination of a massacre yesterday; it seemed like my father had unfortunately bullied two victims when he heard what happened to me.
...
And hey, won't you look at that, one of them was right in front of us...with his bony legs quivering at light speed and a dark patch again forming on his trousers.
It was...an...unusual sight.
Whilst desperately trying not to laugh and keep my cool, I noticed a small adorable, but not as much as me, boy behind the back of the sissy teacher, looking at me with dread in his eyes.
Who is he?
And why is he looking at me like that?
...
Don't tell me he's one of the boys who dread me because I "stole" their "girlfriends"?
"Wel-well, nice to see you again Mrs Jeon and Mr-mr Jeon, I hope you are fine af-after yestersay's incident" the small teacher stuttered and cowered under the frightening presence of my dad.
"I have, like you said found a "guardian" for Jaehyun as you wanted. Do not worry, mrs and sir, he is willing to do the job."
"Oh, that's very nice of him" Jaehyun's mother smiled, bending down to the boy's level and asking him"what's your name?"
...
"My name is Choi Beomgyu" the cute child responded, still staring with a dead face at Jaehyun, who was really starting to get scared by the boy's actions.
"Ahhh, that's a nice name! Thank you very much for helping our little boy, Jaehyun. If you want, you can come to our house anytime you want!" Mrs Jeon beautifully said, causiing Beomgyu to blush because he had only recognised how extraordinarily pretty she was.
...
"Ye-yes, ma'am" Beomgyu stuttered, earning a few awws from the parents who were also with their children.
Jaehyun's mother all of a sudden turned towards him.
"Jaehyun, mummy won't be able to be your side, ok? So make sure that you stay by this boy's side all the time! Mummy and daddy and hyungie will pick you up after school, ok? I will miss you baby" she said whilst kissing Jaehyun's beautiful forehead and leaving him alone with his "new best "friend", embarassing him in front of all the other parents, who were gossoping on how cute he was and how they wished they had a child like him.
Could life get any worse?
Well, it could...
for another individual.
BEOMGYU POV:
Who is this extremely handsome kid?
How is he more handsome than me?
And why is he blessed with such a beautiful family?
These were just some of the thoughts which spiraled in Beomgyu's head as he constantly looked at the out-of-this-world and annoyingly gorgeous boy standing in front of him; although he was very handsome himself, he despised handsome people because he thought they were all narcissistic, arrogant and self-centered pricks who were hell-bent on breaking ladies' hearts.
...
I mean, he wasn't that far from the truth.
...
And just by chance, he managed to find easily the most handsome boy he has ever seen whether he be only 6; it was clear and obvious to him that this boy was going to be the epitome of good-looking that he would hate.
Despite that, he still was the boy's "carer" and "guardian".
Honestly he only agreed and volunteered to do it because he was incredibly bored as the rest of the boys were super annoying on the first day, only mindlessly obsessing about girls and the "villian" Jaehyun.
So what better than joining the "villian" and trying to befriend him; after all, most of the time in movies, the villian was way more intelligent as compared to the hero, who only won because of stupid plot armour and power boosts.
Anyways, he was surely better than the rest!
As a fellow handsome, how could he not be?
*TIME-SKIP*
Well I was wrong!
I made so many-no-several attempts to try to talk to this godlike angel but all of the time, he just dismisses me and ignores what I am saying.
Is this what the super handsome do?
Just not talk to anyone?
And why are the girls, fawning over this, thinking this is super attractive because he is "cool" and "mysterious"; they think anything he does is adorable...even if he swore at them and cursed their future generations, they'd probably just label him as cute-no, sorry-"mysterious".
Whilst the poor lovable Beomgyu was fretting over Jaehyun, the main criminal of the scene had already walked over to him, but not to strike up a conversation. No! Something even more imprtant than that!
...
...
...
"We need to go eat!"
JAEHYUN POV:
Honestly, although I do commend Beomgyu(I think that was his name) for trying to converse with me, I just can't bring myself to view myself as friends with him.
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with him, if anything he's pretty cool and the sort of friend you'd want.
BUT!
He's 6!
My mental age is 18!
Imagine you were just walking and having a nice day and then you see a 18 year old playing tig with a child; you'd be extremely worried.
Although it doesn't seem like what it is from the outside, but from the inside, it doesn't sit right with me.
As we were walking through the school corridors, only silence prospered with the two of us not being able to mutter a single word to the other.
One was angry and spiteful why the other wouldn't listen when the other was conflicted and hurting inside, thinking that he would have to bring himself to a child's level of intelligence in order to get friends.
Before they knew it, they had entered the lunch hall which was a stupid decision by the both of them; they finally shared a trait whether it be a bad one.
But how was this bad?
They had just walked into the devil's lair.
Countless seniors turned around, giggling as they feasted their eyes on the adorable couple who looked innocent and lost.
"OMG! LOOK! THOSE BOYS ARE TOTES ADORABLE! ESPECIALLY THAT ONE ON THE LEFT" shouted one of them, pointing at Jaehyun.
"Why aren't you two a looker?" said another, while licking her strawberry lips.
"Ara ara. Are you lost?" said a kind-looking student, who was strangely breathing rather heavily.
Distressed and alarmed of all the unwanted attention he was getting, Jaehyun dragged a surprised Beomgyu with him to the counter to get some food.
For once, Beomgyu thought Jaehyun was so cool; he was getting all this attention and popularity but the little boy was acting like it was nothing.
HOW AWESOME!
*cough**cough*
Sorry, how egotistical!
*5 MINS LATER*
The two angels had finally finished their what it seemed to be like their weekly shopping as they carried piles and piles of food with them to a nearby unoccupied table, drooling as they did so.
It took only seconds until the duo started to devour each and every piece of food on their plates, even going as far as licking them clean.
Girls thought they were adorable.
Boys were seething with anger.
Teachers were huffing and puffing.
Let's just say, the spectacle was one to watch.
But what was more spectacular was the two had found a common interest between the two albeit weird.
Staring at each other after this new amazing discovery, the two say at the same time:
"Wow! We both love food! We can actually be friends!"
...
...
...
"HAHAHHAHAHA" the two then loudly laugh at each other at how stupid and funny the whole scenario was before bumping fists at the end; it seemed like they were lifelong friends who had just met again even if they had only met for the first time.
Under all this chaos and laughter, the two did not recognize that there was a person walking over to them.
