Opening her eyes in her own room, Shiro looked down at the item in front of her. After she had used it, the item itself had been reduced to dust. Not even a single scrap could be salvaged from it.
"Hmm…. I was hoping that it would leave something behind so that I can analyse it a little and see if I could reverse engineer it but meh, I'll do it next time." Shiro shrugged.
{So was there any new information from this Yuki person?} Nimue asked.
'Hmm… somewhat. I do know that Kuromi's killer was friends with her at one point. Yuki didn't know what happened but it seems like they had a falling out which led to him killing Kuromi in such a thorough way that all her links were shattered.
{Huh, isn't that like… very similar to how you died?} Nimue raised an eyebrow.
