Dada ji and Dadi ji were wondering what was wrong.
As they went in, they saw a CCTV camera in the corner of the room. Tania had located it and had covered it a with a black cloth. She had turned on the TV at a slightly high volume and gestured them to follow her into the bathroom.
Tania spoke in whispers, "There is some sort of a listening device and a CCTV camera fitted in my room. You both please check if your room is safe. I will come to your room in 5 minutes. First let me recheck to confirm that there is no other spying stuff in this room." Saying this Tania, ushered her grandparents out of her room.
Dada ji and Dadi ji went off to do a thorough search of their room.
They started their search. In a mobile a sound like static electricity can be heard if such a listening device is placed in the room. Dinesh Sharma knew about such things. After all, one can gain a lot of knowledge about these things after watching spy movies. However, he could not locate anything in his room.
Soon Tania joined them. "No, there is nothing else in my room except a CCTV camera. Basically the CCTV camera is to watch what I am doing."
"But that comes under invasion of a person's privacy. Whoever had done it is a crook." Responded Dada ji.
"Who could have done it?" Tania asked.
"Your guess is as good as mine," Dada ji replied.
"Well, your granddaughter learnt forensics also, so I can lift finger prints." Tania replied with a grin.
"Aaand, I did that," Tania replied with another grin. "Then I went downstairs and took tea cups from the sink where I had placed them to be washed."
"Since, I had placed them in the sink, I knew whose cup was placed where and the finger print tallied with that of Uncle Igor."
"So, he is doing all these ugly things."
"Yes..!, But for now, Dada ji, please tell Dadi ji about our visit to the psychitarist." Tania prodded her grandfather.
"Well, It is like this, Tania had undergone Past Life Regression again through hypnosis. From being Tania she went back to when she was Saroj Verma, an Intern at a hospital in Rajasthan. On the night of 1978, she was murdered by her medical college professor by the name of 'Mihr Mishra'. He did not like that his own daughter, 'Komal Mishra', was less competent. He had come to visit his daughter and had found out that she had been reprimanded. Instead of telling his daughter off, he considered Saroj to be the culprit and he came to the canteen of the hostel. First he made her unconscious by placing a chloroformed handkerchief over her nose and mouth and then turned on the gas, shut the doors and run away.
Saroj died, but her soul chased Mihr who got run over by a speeding vehicle, while crossing the road. Mihr died and her soul returned to the canteen but it was too late. She was declared dead due to an accident. But she knew that Mihr who looked like her Uncle Igor was the murderer.
After her death she proceeded to a place where souls are sent for recuperation.
Tania had then described another life when she was born in a village near Kiev, Ukraine in 1981 and her name was 'Anastasia'. She had died at a young age of 10 years along with her parents in a fire that had engulfed their farmhouse. People had thought that the neighbors were the culprits as there existed an enmity between her father and the neighbors regarding land.
The fire had occurred on Christmas night, when the erstwhile USSR had broken up the next day in 1991. There was chaos everywhere. Independent countries came up from the old USSR. Ukraine was one of them and it became an independent republic"
She had recalled that the neighboring family were the 'Gagarins'. There was an old man and his wife and their son 'Fedor', who had got married recently. Fedor's wife was called 'Nikita'.
She further described the old man as mean, but his wife was OK. Their son Fedor and his wife Nikita were nice. Nikita would bake cakes and other sweet things and give to Anastastia. But the old man would get to know and would chase her away. She also remembered being chased with a stick when she was five years old.
The old man had called her family thieves who stole his crops. In this manner, the old man would pick up fights with them. Thereafter, they had started avoiding the Gagarins. He was a mean chap and would let his goats and cows into their land to eat up their crops. But she could not recall the old man's name.
Thereafter, she had described herself as being on a ship leaving for India along with a study group, headed by her father, in the year 1867, at the age of 24 years. Her name was 'Margret Smith'. They were all Botanists. She described her trip to the valley of flowers via the the train from Mumbai (previously Bombay) to Delhi and then to Prayagraj (previously Allahabad). Thereafter, the trip was on a horse drawn carriage to the foothill of the mountains. From there the journey commenced on horseback or on foot.
She had also described her altercation with someone by the name of 'Ian Brown'. This Ian Brown was arguing with her on an issue about a friend of his called 'Peter Black'. Ian had accused her of abetting his friend to commit suicide, as she had ditched him. She did not know anyone by the name of Peter Smith. She had tried to make him see reason by asking him to provide evidence in the form of letters or drawings/ pictures. Ian had stated that his dead friend had a picture in his hands when he went to see Peter's body. This picture was of Margret whom his friend had loved and she was a Botany student and her name was written on the picture.
She tried to tell him that it must have been another girl using her name. There was no other Margret in her class. But he insisted that the picture was of her.
