Chapter 302 - Preparations

Many former rotation doctors had now been permanently assigned to various departments. Although it was Monday, a majority of hospital departments were preparing for departmental meals together afterwards in order to welcome their new coworkers. Maybe this wasn't as common in other professions, but in the medical profession, especially in surgical departments, teamwork was highly valued. Doctors would really value their assistants or helpers. Otherwise, even a super skilled doctor would be angered to death if they were assigned three completely incapable surgical assistants.
