Luo Yunzhu thought about the suspenseful battle that had taken place earlier. Her heart was still unsettled from all the action. It was just too exciting. She had watched with her own eyes as Tianlan reached the brink of death again and again, and yet managed to survive each attack. It was so nerve-wracking that someone with heart disease could have really died from a heart attack.
In response to Luo Yunzhu's concern for her, Feng Tianlan smiled gently and nodded, "It's just that, if I hadn't push myself hard at that point, I would have ended up like Feng Xiuyu."
She wasn't pushing herself too hard and was trying to survive. Fighting enemies wasn't a matter of forcing oneself to the limit, but a question of survival. Luo Yunzhu froze for a while before she understood what Feng Tianlan meant.
