Chapter 9 - Ch. 9: Thespian

A caravan arrived first.

Well, it couldn't even really be qualified as a caravan as it only had about six people and two wagons, but it would do. We saw them coming from a distance, so while Richie stripped, I found a good spot to wait for the perfect opportunity to hop in one of the wagons. Thank the heavens Richie was a top class thespian or our little stunt may not have worked so well.

"Hello! Please help a brother out I beg of you!" Richie sauntered up in all his glory right at the front of the party.

"Whoa!" the leader reigned in the horses and balked at the sight before him, "What in heavens name are you doing out here boy? Have you no shame at all? Good gracious cover yourself."

Richie looked down and modestly covered his manhood. "I'm sorry sir but I'm in the guard and last night after a couple of bad hands at cards and quite a few drinks, I seem to have lost it all-"

"I'd say you have. Good gracious almighty you have your whole pride just whipping in the wind."

Richie looked down, seemingly indignant about his manhood being talked about in such a way but politely raised his head, "Could ya happen to help me out? I swear as soon as I win my earnings back I will pay you-"

"No need! Please I will gladly give you some clothes so long as I don't have to look at your pasty skin no more. Go on to the back wagon, there's plenty of clothes to choose from, help yourself. Just mind ya that you don't go gambling no more and hide your pride before someone chops it off!"

Richie almost pissed himself he was so mad. I couldn't help but stifle a laugh, while Richie tried to maintain some of his dignity, "Hate to ask, but could I catch a lift back to the main gates?"

"You sure they want you back in the city with something as small as that?" The man roared with laughter as Richie's face turned blue from rage, "You're alright soldier. Catch a ride with us, and you can even hide your face so that your friends don't die from laughter while your coming back in shame."
