Ivy blinked at him in shock. "Uh, Carson? Not that I'm not grateful…but why are you giving me answer keys?"
'Oh great, now she thinks I have no moral fiber whatsoever. I swear that isn't it! I'm trying to make things easier for her!' Carson thought desperately.
He turned a bit pink. "You'll end up drowning in busy work if you do every single assignment and not be able to focus on the important points you need to know. This will be far more effective. If you aren't comfortable copying my old homework that's fine—"
Ivy cut him off. "Don't worry about it. I'm not judging you; I think you have a point. Thanks for letting me borrow your work."
He rubbed the back of his neck. "Of course! I want you to succeed. You're smart; you should be able to bounce back no problem if you follow my outline. And if you need any help all you have to do is ask me."
