Have you ever felt so angry at someone that you want them to just die in the most painful way possible? That's how I feel towards my boss, Kang Dae-won (Dae-won Kang), not because he's a handsome, rich, CEO of the most wealthy company ever, no. I am angry at him because he's my ex. That's right! My boss is my ex-boyfriend. I would quit my job and find a new one if I could but it's just way too risky to quit without a plan, plus my salary is worth more than any anger and spite that I feel towards him. I should keep my pride though, I'm above showing anymore feelings towards him, not after he cheated on me with my best friend.
I should be happy though! I cut off that poisonous demon and "friend" of mine. Right, my name's Hae Soo-jin (Soo-jin Hae) by the way, an adult female who has to work with her ex-boyfriend of two years, it's been a year since our break-up and I'm much better off without them!
[and now...a little peek inside the story!]
"honestly..." I tap my feet rhythmically on the ground, impatiently waiting on the new transferee. Of all the jobs that Dae-won could give me, he really had to get me one that would get me on my feet. I had no time for this nonsense, a lot of other girls would love this job, they definitely weren't above begging for it either, but no, he would just love to make my life a little more miserable.
"Miss Hae? Miss Hae!" A man's voice started calling out to me, I turn around see a sharply dressed, brown haired man rushing towards me, he stopped in front of me, clearly out of breath, "ah..are you Park Soo-bin?" I asked the man, he stopped panting and cleared his throat, "Yes, that's my name." he answered politely, he had the bluest eyes I have ever seen, he was really good-looking too! But I wasn't really interested in getting my heart broken just yet.
"You're the one who's supervising me, right?" he asked, I smile and answer, "Yes, that would be me. Nice to meet you, Park Soo-bin!" we shake hands and then started our tour. Soo-bin was really polite, it was a perfect match for his looks. I guess this job wasn't so bad after all.
