Romeo was wandering aimlessly through the woods with his headphones on listening to his music, trying to clear his head; he didn't notice that he wandered so far he couldn't even see the house. He looked around himself to see he was at the top of a cliff looking below to see a lake under it the water hasn't frozen over yet. He took his headphones off to hear the wildlife around him it was peaceful just what he needed he looked around the tree line to see a figure running closer to the cliff, the moonlight fell onto them to show it was Juliet. Romeo's smile got wider but faltered when he saw she was crying; he felt his blood boil wondering who made her cry, he started walking towards her. Juliet not looking where she was going her vision blurred by her tears almost ran off the edge of the cliff if it wasn't for Romeo grabbing hold of her and landing on the ground with a thud. Juliet sniffled as she stood up, Romeo stood as well, "hey again" Romeo said as he scratched the back of his head and a dorky lopsided smile plastered on his face, Juliet looked at him but went to walk away. Romeo rolled his eyes at Juliet when she didn't respond "oh hey Romeo nice to see you again thank you for saving my life I would have fallen into that freezing water if it wasn't for you thank you so very much."Romeo said with a girly high pitch voice mimicking Juliet's voice. Juliet turned around losing her temper and screamed at Romeo "I DIDN'T NEED YOUR HELP!" turning around. Romeo could see her now bruised cheek and split lip Romeo took a step towards her. and she took a step backwards not wanting him to touch it "a-are you ok?" Romeo asked as he got closer Juliet scoffed and moved away from him and went near the edge of the cliff again, looking out at the stars. She sighed and sat down, dangling her legs off the edge "you talk a lot" Juliet said as she fiddled with the necklace with her father's dog tags. Romeo chuckled and sat next to her "yeah I do that, mostly when I'm excited or nervous." he said with a chuckle, Juliet looked at him curiously. She asked: "well what one is it now? are you excited or nervous?" Romeo sat there for a second to think "to be honest both" he said with a laugh. He looked at Juliet again and said: "Look I know this is the second time we've met but can I ask what happened?" he gestured to her face, more importantly, her split lip and bruised cheek Juliet sighed and looked at him with an annoyed and tired look she pulled her hood down to show it off more and told him the whole story, The car getting dented and almost tipping over, meeting him, her family getting mad, getting into a fistfight with Jason which gave her the split lip and to her mother not believing her and slapping her, which lead her to the cliff and now she's lost. Romeo fidgeted where he sat and looked her in the eye to tell her he might have dented the car and that he was sorry. Juliet looked at him and started to laugh until her sides hurt "y-you?! hahaha that's ridiculous you can't dent a car with your own bare hands haha." she said as she giggled, Romeo confessed that he didn't use his hands but his head instead which only made Juliet laugh harder. Romeo huffed as she stood up and walked towards one of the trees and punched it which made the tree splinter and fall off the cliff and down to the water below, Juliet was shocked and stood up "what the actual eff" she said as she looked at the destruction Romeo did. She roared and jumped on him smacking and punching him screaming at him that it was his fault, Romeo not wanting to hurt her took every punch wincing, "ow ow ow! ok ok, stop I'm sorry!" Romeo whined as Juliet pulled his hair and his ear. They didn't notice how close they were to the edge and fell into the icy water. Juliet struggled to surface, and Romeo tried to grab her to help her. They soon made it back to the land where they laid on the cold ground catching their breath. "Juliet," Juliet said as she looked up at the sky "hmm?" replied Romeo, Juliet looked from the stars to Romeo. She said: "you said your name was Romeo earlier, I'm Juliet so what the heck is your deal?" and so Romeo a bit hesitant told Juliet everything, Meanwhile back at the house with Juliet's 'family'.Rachel was sobbing as she talked to the police officers telling them what Juliet looks like, and them taking notes so they can make the missing persons report, and Robert talking to some telling them what to do (him, being chief of police) Jason and Ginger were up in their rooms. Unable to sleep, Jason was just lying in his bed looking at the ceiling feeling his stomach twist and turn, none of them stopped to wonder how Juliet felt they just did what they wanted and screamed at her when something went wrong they felt horrible.Jason's bedroom door opened to show Ginger peeking through "Jason, are you awake?" Ginger asked, Jason, sat up and looked at his sister and sarcastically said: "yeah I'm fast asleep, after using Juliet as a human punching bag both physically and mentally I'm sleeping like a baby!" Jason flopped back on his bed, and Ginger sat at the foot of the bed, it was complete silence until Ginger started to sniffle and weep "We are terrible people!" Ginger wailed as she hugged her brother who rubbed her back trying to comfort her "Ginger d-don't cry it's ok she'll come back-" Ginger cut off her brother and howled "but what if she doesn't! we have to go find her!" Ginger said as she stood up and shuffled around her brother's room gathering things that appeared useful "w-what? you can't be serious!" Jason replied in disbelieve "what if Rachel or Dad comes to check on us, and we're gone then what Ginger?" Jason continued. Ginger looked her brother in the eye and said: "do you want to make things right?" Jason looked at his twin sister and nods "then help me" Ginger continued, and with that said they packed up and snuck out to find Juliet.
