Being in this dark room really sucks. Being alone like no one cares about you, feels like dying. I am Sophie Morgan. I'm staying with my uncle, William Sparks because my parents are always on their business trips. Our house is just across the street. Well, I can live alone, but I don't have money to spend on my daily expenses. So, yeah just stick with this.
Their house is quite big enough for the 4 of us. Yes, four. Uncle William, Auntie Carol, and their son, Jacob, my cousin. The house, as mentioned, it's quite big because their son likes inviting his friends to come over. Apparently, Jacob is an idol. Yes, he is. Uncle William is the manager, so yeah. That makes sense.
Quit with the introduction, let's start with the present.
I heard a knock on my door. "Yes? Who is it?" I asked while putting on my glasses. "Sophie, the food is served" the maid said. "Oh, ok. I'll be there in a minute." I said while getting up and arranged my bed. I went to the bathroom to wash up. After I washed up, I wore my clothes. Plain white t-shirt, black joggers and white shoes. With that, I speed my pace downstairs. I proceeded to the dining room. "Good Morning Uncle, Auntie." I greeted them. They also did. "Good morning bro!" greeting Jacob with our 'fist' moves. "Ey Bro!" he greeted back. His parents just laugh at us. I sat back and eat.
"Sophie, I heard you like to dance." Uncle said "I-uh nah, I'm not good at dancing. Well, I loved dancing, but I guess dancing doesn't like me." I chuckled as they did. "You know I can make you my trainee if you want. I can tell your parents about this if you accept my offer." He said as Jacob starts to speak up. "Yeah so that we can help you Sophie. I know you like dancing just admit it." He smiled. "I'm not sure uncle. I need to finish first my studies. My mom wouldn't be happy if she knew I accepted this. They'll think that I'm just wasting my life on such a stupid thing." I stated. "Dancing is not stupid, rather it can bring fame on you. A lot of people will support you, especially if you are in a girl group." Jacob said. "Well, let's not force Sophie to do so. She's still young William. Let her decide what she like." Auntie said and flashed a smile. "Uncle, I love dancing, but the thing is, I don't want to disappoint my parents. If I were to choose, I would gladly accept your offer, but I'm thinking about my parents too." I said sadly. "It's fine Sophie. We understand. We're not forcing you, we're just offering you. It's just an offer. And you can come to me and tell me if you wanted to accept it anytime." He smiled. "Thank you." I said and looked at my watch. "Jac, we're going to be late!" I shouted but not that loud. "Oh sh—", I quickly covered his mouth. He was about to say the word. This guy is such a pain in the ass.
