So today's my first day I say to myself as I walk on the school ground. okay not to exaggerate but the school was huge I knew that I would get lost once I stepped foot inside. I walked in and was happy because no eyes were on me (yet). I walk around asking for directions to the front office and finally get there. one thing that bothered me was that I was the only colored girl in the school, well from what I saw. I used to get into trouble a lot in my old schools so I knew how and when to dedend myself in some situations. I'm just thinking so myself when suddenly the bell rings. (OH SHIT)
I run till I finally find the right class, I knock on the door and of course the whole world was staring at me.
