"I am who I am right now because of my abilities and powers! You have no part in shaping who I am right now!", Saridon said cruelly to his aging father, Shechem.
Shechem replied with understanding, "I know my son. I just wanted you to heed to my advice. That is all I ask."
"Someone like you is not in the position to give me ignorant advices like that!", Saridon anwered in arrogance.
It is no surprise for somebody like Saridon to show merciless acts and speech because he was brought up that way. He also exhibited this kind of behavior to his mother, Kerah, who loves him so much.
"My son, I hope that we can spend some time with you when you're off from your trainings in the Sarsaryst Palace.", said Kerah.
Saridon would often answer requests like this with insolence, "The only time that I have is the time for my trainings. Nothing more, nothing less."
Kerah would often breakdown in tears because of his son's cold treatment towards her. But her husband would comfort her saying, "Remeber, we gave our child to the Sarsaryst trainings for a noble cause. He is the great bearer of the sacred ring. All we can do is support him."
"Yes, I know the sacrifice that we made to be far from him because of the noble cause. I know he's going to be a great sorcerer who will save our galaxy from the Great Chaos. I just hope that he would treat us like his parents someday."
