When I first saw her I was mesmerized, the way she talked, the way she looked I kept standing there for few seconds staring at her completely oblivious to the fact that both our parents were standing right next to us.
I vividly remember that day she was on the phone, it was evening of a hot summer day and we were attending a counseling. She looked so gorgeous that I was intimidated by her and I told myself" way out of your league brother." Her big brown eyes had that look of innocence, her smile that would put sparkle in her eyes and a mole just below the lower lip. I was trying really hard not to look at her directly or at all, I got a little help from our parents they walked towards us and told us that we both got admission in the same college although I knew that she was out of my league but those words felt like music to my ears. I quickly composed myself not showing any signs of happiness not more than I should be. Now as we were about to leave her father turns toward me and says "now you guys are going to be in same college you take care of her and WHY DON'T YOU GUYS EXCHANGE YOUR NUMBERS!" all the guys reading this can imagine the level of ecstasy I felt at that very moment.
Now to answer the question why would he say that We both from same native place and same neighborhood (yet I met her here for the first time). our parents knew eachother for few years now and later I came to know that it was there mutual decision to enroll us in the same college.
I was happy that I got admission in a college it was not a dream college but yeah it was good enough with this thought we said goodbye to eachother and decided to meet at the college campus on the day of admission.
