Alex saw as the two were retrying behind living him all alone standing not giving him a glace or time to respond , he clenched his hand in to fist and his eyes were all red from the anger and it was clear that his vein were about to pop out from anger.
Cony noticed his brother monstrous change and he knew that nothing will end good, if Alex started throwing tantrum in such special day and in front all the guests and reporters so he hurried to his brother side trying to calm him.
"Alex ….you do not have to get angry .." cony got cut in the middle before finishing his words by Emily
"why would he be angry he should be happy for his eldest brother that he is going to get married finally, also Alex is engaged to Eden now" She kept saying as she was moving her hand dramatically in the air and suddenly clapped as tried to act a brilliant idea popped in her head
" oh you know what Alex , how about we make the wedding of you two at the same time , it will be a big wedding I will invite all my friend"
To her surprise Alex did not say word instead he took the glass of wine cony was holding and drunk it in one gulp, his eyes still red like fire and poured other glass for himself.
In the other hand cony was trying to stop his sister from saying anything "oi, sis stop throwing gasoline to the fire"
"what's wrong I only said what is going to happen" she said with innocent voice.
"cony, tell dad and mom that I am not coming for family meeting tonight, I have work to finish" Alex said without even taking glace back.
"why me!! tell them by yourself. why do I have to enter in this mess, you know family meeting should not be skipped no matter what"
Cony tried to give him reason for coming back but it was useless as he left them.
"he is gone" Emily said while pointing her hand to the direction Alex was going.

the family meeting was a kind of tradition in the household in which all the family members will meet at least once a year no matter how busy they are, it was basic rule set by his grandfather who went to reunion the family at least once a year as he was living in England.
"it looks like am going to have a lot of fun" Emily sad with a wide smile on her face and took a sip of her wine while giggling.
"you are crazy" cony said giving her a disgusting look to his big sister.
Alex left the ballroom where the party was held and he could not initialize what happened just now and kept talking to himself while he was in the hallway going outside to get some fresh air.
