"I can't afford to live there! Moreover, I can't live with you!!!"
Rin Chan exclaimed. Tony hysterically laughed he was amused of Rin Chan's silly expression.
Whenever she's flustered, she always have her eyes wide and her cheeks blushing which he finds cute.
"Who said that we're going to live together. I didn't know you're thinking way ahead like that...We'll do that later. Just,... not now."
Tony teased which baffles Rin Chan even more. Of course he wanted to live with her, but he figured Rin Chan was such a tsundere, she wouldn't accept living with him that easily without being stubborn.
And he wanted her to try living her life for real. To teach her to do things independently, not the way that she have been living for the past 12 months.
He asked for Wesley Kang's help not because he can't afford the house but because acquiring it in such short notice is beyond impossible if you don't have the Kang or Lee for a surname.
Of course he would, someday pay his debt to his uncle and he knows Wesley Kang is not someone who would be paid with money cause Wesley have tons of that.
He would pay by doing odd jobs for him in return. And he was ready to do just that.
He wouldn't have a peace of mind knowing Rin Chan was stuck in a shithole full of perverted bastards so he decided to use his connection with the Kang household to buy a house for her.

"Tell me how much do you pay to rent here?"

"100 dollars a month minus the utilities..."
"Okay, then you'll have to pay me 100 dollars monthly utilities and food expense included."

Rin Chan got a very confused look in her face, she can't understand why Tony suddenly asked her about her monthly dues.
"Good grief... Starting today, I'm not just your 'boyfriend' I'm also your landlord too..."
Tony explained. Rin Chan disgruntledly looked at Tony.
"Who said that you can decide for me..."
"Aiya, it's for your own good. Don't you want to live closer to your young master and your miss..."
Tony asked, he was like a devil luring poor Rin Chan to his trap.
Rin Chan bite her thumb, she was in deep thought.
'It's true, the best position for me to guard young miss is to live around her neighborhood.'
" So you agree right? "
Tony said. Pulling her out of her trance.
"Ok...Ok fine. As long as you promise me that you won't just kick me out when my payment is late. And you're not going to live with me.. Deal?"
Rin Chan said, she reach her hand out for a handshake. A thing she and Tony usually do whenever they come to an agreement.
Tony ignored her hand and instead he cupped her face with both of his hands then planted a kiss on her soft lips.
"Deal."
