Chapter 3 - In the Beginning- Part 3

The flight from Toronto to Moscow was gruelingly long and with the added misfortune of sitting next to the blueberry eyed creep it was painful for Misha to endure the trip.

However every hour was succeeded by another and soon the plane had landed on the runway in Moscow.

After collecting her baggage, Misha headed out of the airport. The winter air in Moscow is brisk, however being the Canadian that she is, She braves the cold in search for a taxi.

In her search Misha spots a man in uniform holding a small sign with her name on it. She hadn't expected the hotel to send a car for her. However it being her first time abroad she had really no idea what to expect.

Shrugging it off Misha walks over to the car and smiles at the man. The man was at least over 6 feet tall with a hat covering his hair and forehead making his overall persona seem a bit intimidating.

Despite his looks the man smiles back at her revealing a rather gentle expression.

"Did the hotel send you?" Misha asks.

The man nods his head as he grabs Misha's luggage. While balancing her luggage the man opens the car door for her, inviting her to take shelter from the cold as he loads her baggage in the trunk of the vehicle.

Misha gets in the back seat of the car, immediately noticing a man in the front passenger seat. The man has the same golden blonde hair as the creep from earlier.

"Hi, I'm Misha. Are you also staying at the Izmailovo Alfa Hotel?" She asks in attempt to make small talk while waiting for the driver to get in.

"намного приятнее, чем раньше, да?" The man says in Russian, translating in English to

"Much nicer than earlier, huh?"

Misha may not of understood his words, however she recognized his voice, causing a chill to run down her spine.

Panic filling up her lungs, Misha lunges towards the door for a chance to escape.

However, he was faster on the draw. His hands reached for her, his right had grabbing her throat the other covering over her mouth and nose with cloth soaked in something unfamiliar.

Misha's lungs felt like they would burst with the anxiety and toxins filling them. Her breaths were becoming shorter and her consciousness was slipping.

"Fuck." Was the only word that came to her mind before she lost her consciousness completely.

Only Once Misha's eyes were closed and her body limp, did the blueberry eyed man let go.
