When I looked back, I saw a doctor waving at me. He was the doctor who checks Prachi's health. I was like why he was calling me as a two girls' boyfriend. The ignorance in my mind took place, and I started walking towards upstairs.
He called me again, "Mister two girls' boyfriend!"
At that time, the atmosphere helped him, and everyone heard his voice. It raised my anger, and I furiously walked towards him.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I pressed my voice.
He was so casual even after I showed anger.
"Why the hell he looks so relaxed?" I questioned myself.
We were standing near the receptionists, and he offered me coffee. I refused to take as I was in charge of Prachi's health under her parents' words.
"One coffee doesn't make any loss for your Prachi," he said.
"And now, that girl who went outside has something in her eyes told me to tell you that thing," he added.
"What are you talking?" I asked, confusingly.
"Is she..." I paused as I lost him in my eyesight.
"Let's go," he shouted from out of the hospital.
"When did I..."
"Hey.. There is a canteen here," I said but, he wasn't listening.
"Are you hearing to me?" I asked as I was following him in a hurry.
"No," he said.
We walked to a CCD located at the backside of the hospital. He ordered Crunchy Frappe for both of us. I maintained calm until the waiter moves from here.
I bent towards him a little and asked, "What were you talking about her in the hospital?"
He picked up a tissue from the table and said, "She's into you."
It shocked me upside down because of how he could get to know that much detail with just a few seconds of staring. I dropped the saliva down through my ingress, and my heart started beating fast.
"Why am I worrying?" I asked to myself.
"Look, I could see the fear in your eyes," he said as he pointed his finger on me.
"No! No!" I answered him, quickly.
"Why will I?" I asked.
"You're forgetting Prachi," he stated.
"No! She's my girlfriend," I corrected.
"While she is unconscious, you will get distracted," he said.
The order has come onto the table.
"Enjoy the Crunchy Frappe, Sir," the waiter said and left.
He took a bite with a spoon and asked, "How do you guys know to each other?"
"Who? Prachi or Harini?" I asked.
He looked at me and said, "Harini."
"She's my first crush," I answered.
"See, your voice had a change from previous," he professed.
When he said those words, my face blushed all by itself. I wondered why that was happening.
"Do you still love Harini?" he asked.
My tongue was about to flip a YES out but, I stopped myself and said NO.
"You're lying," he said.
"Mr. Doctor it's not..."
Call me by my name, whoever you are," he said.
We shook our hands by telling each other names.
"Raghav."
"Sachin."
"Okay! Mr. Sachin, it's not what you think."
I told him everything about Harini. He listened to my words with keen observation, and he switched to Prachi.
"She's beautiful, having a kind heart, and she loves me a lot," I smiled.
"How much do you love her?" he asked.
"Can't tell in words," I said.
He giggled and summoned, "You will fall in love again."
"With whom?"
"And why are you so sure about this?"
"This was me when I was your age," he said.
"What's your age, then?" I asked.
"Jeez, you don't know how to ask," he said taking another bite.
"As I care!" I chuckled.
"Did you love another girl while in a relationship?" I asked.
"Jeez, you don't know what to ask," he sighed.
"Enough," I yelled.
Suddenly, everyone looked at us.
"Jeez, you don't know where to shout."
I didn't utter a single word from then because of his adulthood. Neither he answered my questions nor I asked any further questions.
He broke the silence and said, " She's no more."
"Who's no more?" I asked myself.
When I looked at him, I saw his tear droplets on his cheeks. It was my mistake that I asked him an unwanted question.
"I'm sorry for your loss," I said.
He wiped his tears and corrected, "She's not with me anymore."
"That means..."
"My love for her was limitless but, she was busy in collecting the limited edition," he smiled with tears.
"Why am I crying for her?" he laughed.
"Bill, please!" he asked the waiter.
"What familiar thing we were sharing each other?" I asked to myself.
I stared at him while he was paying the bill. His behavior had a slight change since then. All I saw was his pain but, there was confusion took place in my head whether "She" in his life was Prachi or Harini.
As we stepped out of the CCD, I asked him about whom he was talking but, he didn't open his mouth until we reached the hospital. The moment we were parting ways, he called me and said, "Do not forget Prachi."
"I won't, Sachin," I smiled and left.
My phone ranged, and the screen showed me Harini.
