In Truss city of the Great Marqui a commotion against policemen inside a single complex gathered audiences outside the building, apparently inside was a lying corpse of a man with pale, policemen stirs in the room trying to unravel the scenes that led to the man's horrendous fate. Meanwhile, a man walks across the bustling street to the location of the crime, his name was Detective Lukarnt. The Detective is near the crimescene and so he grabs his sole right hand gloves from the right side pocket of his coat and proceeds to the crimescene, inside he was greeted by Officer Carl who together with his squad investigated the place.
He said "Good morning Detective, I am sorry to have called you this early in the morning", he continued "Well while you were going here, we conducted a little investigation on the place and we found out that this man's name is Harrison Gilian, he was a well-known gambler, when we got here we saw Mr. Gilian lying cold-blooded with a Colt .45 in his side, a gunshot wound is also found in the side of his side, and it looks like the bullet got through his head, it looks like he commited suicide by shooting himself in the head, we estimated that the crime happened yesterday evening after he and his girl argued."
Detective Lukarnt walks around the room examining every nook and corner of the room, while looking for evidences he found a dent in the wall by the side of the bed and the small drawer. Underneath the drawer was the bullet presumably used by Mr. Gilian, beside the used bullet was a crumpled paper inside was the grocery list of Mr. Gilian. He noticed some ink mark on the list. Officer Carl approached the detective and said
"Sir we found this note covered by the victim's hand, says here that life is unfair!"
The detective looked at the note and said
"Something's off here... give me that letter... This tells me that this doesn't look like a suicide" he looked at the wall dent, pointed it and then pointed the man's corpse then he said "Now tell me officer how could this bullet pass through this table without damaging it?".
Then Carl replies "how can you be sure with that, pretty much everything looks suicide to us"
"well first of all, the note was written using the right hand, whilst looking at Mr. Gilian's list he was left handed, and to prove that there are marking in the side of the list indicating his palms often get on his way and based on his body position and the markings in the carpet he was crawling for his life, he might have been brutally beaten before being finished by a shot in the head, after that he was drag furthermore, the suspect might have tried to dump him somewhere and if I were left handed, I'll use my left hand to shoot my head so why is the gun in his right side and looking at the entry point of the bullet on his head, it looks like it entered from left to right so again, why is the gun in his right side."
Carl responds "truly detective, you have a point, but now the question is, who would have done this? I mean i called Mrs. Sarah, whom Mr. Gilian argued with and she told me that they are flat broke because of Mr. Gilians gambling... furthermore the one who called us was one of Mr. Gilians neighbour who claims to have had seen a man by the name Will visiting the man last night."
"I have the culprit in my grasp Officer and my key is this paper..."
Will the detective solve the case or it would remain unsolved...
