Lianne was really in a daze since the result.
It wasn't that she didn't want kids, but she really didn't think she would get pregnant so fast and she certainly didn't think she was.
Kai, on the other hand, was the total opposite.
He was grinning away happily, planning all sorts of stuff and even thinking of baby names. He told his mother immediately and had already decided which room was going to be the baby room.
As for Lianne?
It was like it was happening to someone else.
She couldn't quite 'connect' to the fact and notion that she was pregnant. That a life was growing within her.

Yet.
Though Kai was already acting like it was.
They had gone to the doctors, did the check-ups, got the vitamins and all sorts of instructions but still. Lianne hadn't quite grasped it yet. She knew she was pregnant but she didn't think she was.
She sighed but didn't say these things to Kai.
