When Lianne went out, she took a deep breath as she closed her eyes and faced the sun.
Just for a moment.
It was only to warm her face but she didn't quite like the heat for long as it gave her a headache.
But she needed something to settle herself.
Though the encounter had been brief, it was enough to unsettle her.
Going out was fine. Meeting people to confront them, on the other hand, pushed her beyond her comfort zone.
Clara was the easiest to be dealt with so Lianne handled her first.
It was like how she approached questions in an exam.
The easiest one first and the most difficult one last. One does not know how long it would take and it's best to get the little things settled before dealing with the other. It would also give Lianne more confidence as she didn't want to rush it.
Fortunately, there were a few 'easy' ones in the list, so it was not too complicated to do.
