"I told you it wasn't so simple," Yan replied.
"You did not!"
Yan knocked Denzen on the head, "That's why I say, you still have a lot to learn. Tsk."
He walked over to the other end of the room, which showed the second interrogation room which had Lianne inside. As she was Kai's alibi, she, too, had to be questioned.
"Who is she?" asked Denzen, "Besides being his girlfriend?"
"Lianne Yang," Yan replied, tilting his head and staring at the young-looking girl who was looking around with a very bored expression on her face, "Her brother married Kayla Smith."
"And it was recently revealed that she is the COO of MIB IT," Yan went on.
"Okay, while it is impressive that she's the COO of a company at such a young age, what…"
Yan sighed and stared at her, cutting her off, "Have you forgotten the most important thing already?"
