At last, the newly developed neighborhood of Mayfield has become very busy as new families started to just moved in, one by one. The first family to move in are the Santos's: Leo, the father, a bank manager, Tina, the mother, a homemaker, With their children Sam, a 3rd year high school student, and Carla, a 3rd grader. They lived in the corner house with two floors and a small garden. Next to the Santos's house, are the Reyes's: Sara, a single mother, an entrepreneur, April, a 3rd grader. They lived in a bungalow house with a car garage for Sara's sedan. As the time passed by the neighborhood started fill the whole street, except for the one house in front of Reyes's.
Despite differences, April - active and energetic, outspoken, became best friends with Carla, who is gentle and shy. Their love for Powerpuff Girls brought the girls together. When they play, April turns to Buttercup and April becomes bubbles and they would often go after unknowingly Sam as if he is Mojo JoJo. The girls would often talk about when will they become complete as they are only two and they haven't found Blossom just yet. They would wish the one to move in the empty house will have a girl child and she can become Blossom and finally, the Powerpuff Girls of Mayfield will be complete.
