One Week Later
The invasion was nothing less than perfection. With the expansion of the Kingdom of Lightning, the king made his first appearance to his new citizen. The roaring boos rounding though the street, but king remained silent not saying a single word, until a single can was toss from the crowd. His left arm slowly rose to the sky, his index and middle finger pointed upright and the other folded in his palm. Simultaneously with his action the sky quickly fulled with clouds, dark and chaotic like a ocean of nightmares .
With an ear rupturing roars echoing through the street from above, silencing all resistance, " good like I have your attention, I am here to welcome all Polandian to the land of lightning," the king expressed with a smile pasted onto his face, opening and closing his hand synchronously the tar like clouds slowly whiten and vanished, " I am not here to exercise dominate nor fear upon Polandia, this is a formal invitation to my empire."
"What is gonna happen to my country?" A citizen shouted with chatters from the crowd quickly arose from the question.
"Polandia see changes, as a newly form member of Germanity; no new changes will be place without a representative of your choice presented," the king explained, " Germanity is more interesting in building a relationship between Polandia, a more beneficial role between us; my personal counsellor will address all other matters and questions you may have."
The king slowly walking down the stage with no visible soldiers insight, he disappeared onto Queens Road located a block from the stage, " My name is Sariel Van, now the King Ungeheuerlich has granted the people of Polandia funds needed to rebuild structures lost in the war and Twenty-eight days time period to select two qualified personnel to represent Polandia who's qualifications will be considered before permanent appointed," Sariel explained her present quickly changed and contrast the king's bold and terrifying atmosphere with her joyous and cheerful atmosphere.
As she explained more of the new conditions the deeper he journeyed through the empty street before stopping after he heard a voice behind him, " My king is their any reason you requested to meet me here," someone asked with the shadow concealing it's present.
"Yes, but for now I need you and your team to overlook this land, report to me of any resistance or hostility toward Germanity," he explained.
"Will that be all, my king?" It asked.
"No, I need you to personal handle those matter," he replied.
"It will be my pleasure, my lord," it said remaining in the shadows.
"Firstly I need you to find a suitable partner for my sister, this person must be of same gender and Polandia blood," he requested.
"Is their any reason of why Polandia blood?" it asked.
"Yes, this partnership may strengthen the relationship between us and Polandia; the second task do you know General Janowitz," he explained.
"Yes, Drew Janowitz forty-eight of age, married with one child currently joined the army, Mr. Janowitz was commanding officer of the first mobile armed unit in the World war, awarded with the Gold Flag and he is one of the generals whom assisted advising the army and planning military operations," it explained.
"I need him dead," he answered. With his final words, Klaus continue walking to the end of the street where a carriage awaits. When he enter the carriage his assistant asked, "what is your plans now my lord?"
"Tell the Mr. Ames to pick up my Lady Sariel and return to the capital," he said.
"Yes my lord, did you get that Mr. Ames?" Sofia asked.
"Yes lady Sofia but there's no need for such formality, I'm just an lonely servant; I'm not worthy of your respect or your kind words," Mr. J. Ames expressed.
"Nonsense Jack you're a dear friend to me," Klaus said.
"Young master you're too kind," Jack expressed with joy, " let's go Maximum."
When the carriage began to move the king asked, " lady Sofia where is my sister?"
"I am not sure," she answered as she quickly began to run through all her pages, "multiple reports place her all over Polandia."
"I'm worried about her," he replied staring out the window.
"I believe Lady Theresa can handle herself," she answered as she paused her search, slowly placing her hand on his shoulders and staring into his eyes.
"Not about her fighting in the war she has the mentality of a weapon but she lost her humanity as a result, from my foolish father was killed she grown detached from the world and her emotions, which robbed of her childhood," he explained before the carriage suddenly stop, " Jack did something happened."
With no answer Klaus Ungeheuerlich immediately exit his carriage where he saw Jack laying on the ground. " Hello my lord Ungeheuerlich, this isn't anything personal but money talks," Gulg said.
"Sofia stay in the carriage I will handle this?" He said calmly as he moved closer to the front of the carriage, "What did you do Jack?"
"That couch man of yours" Gulg answered, " I just taught him a little lesson, right boys."
The laugh of six men echoed from the alleys, each man was armed with guns, " now king have any last words?" Gulg asked.
His face unchanged, his confidence untouched and the gang slowly took a step forward, their stands shaking from their big talk; a long narrow stream of black lightning surrounding by a white run from Klaus right hand. In a fraction of a second, less time for an eye to blink seven dead bodies lay in the street. He quickly discharged his hand and rushed to Jack's side where Lady Sofia soon joined him.
When he turned Jack to his back a bullet wound of notice close to the heart, quickly covering the wound with his hands trying to slow or stop the bleeding but his efforts were useless. He lifted Jack off the ground his body was like ice, the eighteenth years old king just stared at the now dead Jack. Tears of pain slowly ran down the face of the king, Sofia could only watch unable to help. A young lady screaming from seeing the body, soldiers quickly ran to investigate before they saw the king, quickly they form a defensive wall around the king and lady Sofia before Sariel later joined with her hand covering her mouth at the sight of Jack's dead body, " Captain Leon take us to the capital and I want to see my sister immediately in my office, tell her nothing of Jack," the king commanded as he carried the body toward the carriage wrapped in his arm as the two ladies sat in front him. The other soldiers mounted and escorted the carriage back to the castle. The ride seem longer and silent the pain of the king was for all to see. As Sariel try to comfort the king his emotionless face was one of a broken soul.
