Cold sweat drips down to Kenji's face, heavy atmosphere swirl the alley, choices has been layed down to his palm.
"I don't know what will happen to me in the near future if I accept your offer ..." Kenji said as he bows down.
"But my instinct is telling me to accept... So!" Kenji yells as he grabs the crystal vigorously.
The moment Kenji touches the crystal, red and blue aura starts to swirl into the air. The aura gradually starts to form into an image of a man, its face is covered by a hood, darkness surrounds its body and from the red aura of the crystal, weapon images starts to appear.
"ARGHH~!!!" Kenji yells in pain. Binding a soul to a another soul feels like being torn apart.
The image becomes clearer, and it looks like an assasin, hood covers its face and weapon arsenal surounds him, its body is broad and masculine, surrounded by red and blue aura.
From its left hand there is a black with a touch of violet dagger, you can tell that the blade of it is so sharp just from looking at it.
A claymore sword is grabbed by its right hand, the handle bar is made up of dragon skin mixed with leather, the blade of it has black color but the edge of the blade has a shinning white color. It is a two edged sword, the fuller of it has a carved symbols. The guard of the sword has a small dragon heads on both end, the sword itsels display a perfection.
"Wait!? What the-!?" Xerses said in shock. "Am I seeing the right thing!? But it is impossible!?" Xerses shout in disbelief for she cannot believe what she saw.
Kenji wails as the soul spirit binds his own soul, "Can you stop this!? It hurt!" Kenji screams in pain as he beg for help, "Xerses! Help- ARGH~!!!" Kenji shouts and reach out his hand to Xerses, "Help me!" Kenji cries. Xerses tries to reach and grab Kenji's hand but a strong bolt sparks to her pushing Xerses away to Kenji, "I cannot interupt the procedure of the {transfusion}, please, hold on to it Kenji!" Xerses said and tries to calm herself, seeing Kenji wails in pain Xerses cannot hold on her tears, she want to help Kenji but there is nothing she can do for now, she just encloses her hand and close her eyes and wishes that Kenji survives the {transfusion} as Kenji tries to endure the pain. The crystal he is holding has been disolve as the whole aura has been absorbed by Kenji's body. Kenji suddenly fall on to his knees after all the pain he experience,
facing the sky, Kenji gasps for air as his body quivers in pain.
He step his left foot while his right side is still on its knee. The light of the street light create a shadow on his back illuminating the image on the crystal, the assassin. On his left hand is a small tatoo in a shape of a clover with 5 leaves, the stem of the clover is shaded in black but the 5 leaves of it is not.
"Kenji!!!" Xerses rush toward kenji to help him but she was astonished on the shadow portraiting on his back.
"I am sure that is the one..." Xerses said softly because of shock.
"Xerses..." Kenji whispers.
"Kenji!" Xerses Run to acompany Kenji, she carries the beat up body of Kenji and walk him towards his home, kenji's uniform was all torn up and his body is full of scratches and bruises. Xerses grab his hand to carry him, as he lifted up Kenji she notice the mark on his left hand, "WHA- WHAT!? But this is a legend, a 5 leafed clover? I only heard this on myths..." Xerses said and took Kenji to walk him to his apartment.
It is already dark before they reach Kenji's house.( Xerses look through Kenji's I.D to see his address.)
[Kenji's apartment]
Xerses lay down Kenji on his bed and cast a healing spell on him.
"Ut Curari Nequeas..." Xerses chants.
After casting her spell, Xerses leave a note on his desk. "That should do it for now, I must leave before someone sees me..." Xerses is about to leave but something stops her, she rushingly run toward Kenji and give him a tight hug and tears fall down on her cheeks, "You survived it, I'm so glad..." Xerses softly whisper.
Xerses wipe off her tears and leave as she jumps down at the window from the 2nd floor.
*Kenji's dream*
Kenji is caught up on his dream, he open his eyes and see a man standing on his front. A mysterious voice speaks to him. "Well, well, well, what do we have here..." The cloaked man says.
"Uhm, who are you..." Kenji ask nervously.
*Xerses somewhere at the Earth*
(Roaming around)
"I am sure... " Xerses said at the back of her head.
"That is K, the 'Phantom Assassin', the rogue spirit, The greatest spirit of all, but what keeps bugging me is his mark, a 5 leafed clover?" Xerses proclaims as she stares at the full moon.
