The situation of the GB station at the Centaurus Galaxy (Galaxy 8) was similar to most other places across all the galaxies outside the three inner.
It only took several hours for the swarms of millions of military ships to completely lock down all the galaxies, halting travel and trade to a grinding halt. However, mining ships were left alone and one could see them coming out of wormholes in large numbers to the mining districts.
The galaxies outside the inner three was quickly put under military law and any chaos was quickly eliminated. People were sent to their homes and ships were forced to dock at a nearby station.
This level of military jurisdiction involving multiple galaxies has never happened in the history of the United Federation. As such, it was causing the online community to explode in a range of many emotions.
Most of the time, the UF's military fleet are concentrated within the inner three. Only a small percentage patrol the other galaxies for the sake of security.

Qin Hong, Shi Yuhan, and Bell Zhang watched the feed outside as soldiers patrolled the streets with grim faces.
Bell Zhang activated his console and called someone without caring if the two heard.
"Hello?! Yes! I need you to close and evacuate all of our businesses outside the inner three and follow military instructions! Have all clan members outside the inner three follow this as well! Huh?! I don't care about the cost! Also, contact our ancestor for an emergency meeting when I get back!"
Hanging up, he leaned against the chair with a pale face. Shi Yuhan could sense her father's depressed emotions and comforted him.
Qin Hong stared at the live feed with a frown on his face. While he did want to return back to his sect and go back in time, he was prioritizing his current needs. He was supposed to head over to Galaxy 10 and do business, see if there's ruins. Now that the event was canceled, he wouldn't be able to get a promotion.
While his current amount of credits seemed like a lot, it was only comparable to the savings of the lower-class families of the UF, mainly because rent has going up and his pay wasn't. In short, he was dirt poor!
After comforting Bell Zhang until he was in a stable state, she glanced over at Qin Hong and saw his frown.
"Is something the matter?"
"Well, now that the black card event is cancelled, I can't get a promotion to my job..." He muttered.
Shi Yuhan felt slightly amused for a second. He was the sect master of the most powerful sect of the outer regions, and he was worried about a job promotion.
"Why do you need a promotion?" While the question sounded slightly stupid since anyone would want a promotion, she still asked.
"Well, rent has gone up but my pay hasn't. I've been losing money since then and I've lost half my savings," he explained to her.
"Do you need money? I can give you some," she offered to him.
"It's fine, I will figure out a way. I don't like owing people." He politely declined the offer.
"Let me see your console," she demanded.
"Why do you need to see it?" He was slightly startled by her demand.
"Just do it!" She demanded in an authoritative voice.
Qin Hong didn't feel like offending the daughter of the God Clan and there was nothing really of importance on or in his console, so he extended his hand out.
Shi Yuhan grabbed his hand tightly and pulled it over to her console. He could feel the slender, rough, callused hands probably from working her hands very hard.
However, he was not a perverted lustful guy so he did not think much of her grabbing his hand.
Shi Yuhan pressed hers against his, and they both flickered to life as a holographic interface appeared in front of them. She grabbed it and brought it in front of her before rapidly typing away.
"What's your bank account number?"
"My bank account? I thought I sai-"
"Just tell me before I get angry," she replied impatiently with cold eyes.
Qin Hong struggled internally for a few seconds before giving in to her piercing cold eyes. He also didn't feel like offending the God Clan as well. 'I guess I'll just owe her one." He thought.
"XXXXXX65XXX87XX"
Typing it in, both consoles buzzed in response as the hologram disappeared. Shi Yuhan let go of her tight grip on his hand, and he brought up his console. Seeing his savings account, his eyes popped open in shock!
"T-three million?!"
"You now owe me a favor." She took her indifferent eyes off him and focused back on her father. Qin Hong didn't see her eyes soften a little.
Staring at the number, he felt like he didn't need a job anymore. Three million credits is considered to be the savings the upper middle-class families would have. With this amount of credits, he would be fine for 100 years if he doesn't spend extravagantly.
But now he owed her a favor, which is something he doesn't like doing.
With a sigh, he exited his console and focused back on the live feed.
Suddenly, Qin Hong's and Shi Yuhan's console buzzed and they took a look. The black card they had on them shot out of their console space before vanishing into thin air. They glanced at each other before a loud voice echoed through the live feed:
[Attention everybody! Evacuations are underway! Civilians are to pack their belongings within 15 minutes. Please contact military personnel if you need to head outside!
Military personnel will guide you to a portal were you will meet officials on standby. Failure to comply will result in violation of military law, fines, and possible jail time!]
[Employees and business owners currently working are to stay put and await instructions!]
"Give me your contact information," asked Shi Yuhan.
He complied and gave her his contact details while she gave hers as well. She stood up with Bell Zhang who was silent before walking to the door.
Watching the live-feed, they teleported to the base floor where a soldier was stationed. Shi Yuhan talked to the soldier and called another soldier to escort them to their homes.
Watching them leave, he turned off the live feed and packed up the little belongings that he had taken out.
'I guess I won't be seeing the mining districts anytime soon.' He thought with slight disappointment.
After all, the places he had visited so far were only barren wastelands from the UF's mining efforts over the years. While the majority of humanity was concentrated in the inner three galaxies and the mining districts, the spaces between only had the minimum.
When the fifteen minute mark came, Qin Hong appeared at the entrance through the teleporter. Many others appeared as well with tense faces.
A military soldier stood by the entrance before moving out of the way.
Qin Hong did a quick glance at him and felt a strong sense of danger. He did not dare release his divine sense.
The soldier was a complete robot mech since there was a lack of a helmet. It's possible they were human at one time or a natural-born that decided to join the military, before having their minds transported over to a body like this.
A regular civilian and even himself would have no chance of fighting them. With a body made of military-grade metals, advanced sensors, and powerful algorithms, they have surpassed every aspect of biological life. Equipped with highly dangerous weapons, they are a threat not to be trifled with.
If a million-robot army of these came to the Cultivation Realm, perhaps even his sect would be destroyed and he'd have no choice but to flee. Perhaps the outer regions would be overwhelmed. It's not like they'd run out of energy either considering they run on reactors.
Either way, he didn't plan on tussling with them or the military at the moment.
