Chapter 5 - (V) Death Match

The robed goblin tried saying something before his body was squashed by the faceless monster that was more than double the size of the human the goblins seen previously.

the blood of the flattened Shaman covered the surrounding area and monsters, that seemed to add to the dreadfulness of the faceless monster that stood not too far from them before a roar of defiance followed the newly evolved goblin chose a route of a more chaotic monster.

It became an orc!

In this world, orcs tend to be extremely cruel, bloodthirsty and vicious, anyone that was weaker than them would be trampled forced to follow the strongest as they have a sadistic tendency of dominating those under them even their own clan members, they have no females in their race so females of other races suffer greatly under them.

Their bodies are like a terminator's human-like version but green, it grew some black hair, with large tusks sticking out from its lower jaw, with greater strength and agility, yet simple-minded warriors all of the skills this monster had before it evolved grew with it and its changes were frightening to those that knew about it!

insatiable > Battle lust

lesser increased vitality > increased vitality

lesser regeneration > regeneration

with its skills from the new races included now

Increased strength, and lesser battle senses, then lastly the skills it worked hard to gain changed as well.

sword mastery > Dual sword mastery

as orcs looked down on shield users!

Slash > swift slash

meaning that this upcoming fight will be a hard one!

*sound of bone and brain matter being crushed*

now thanks to the shaman being dead there wasn't anyone to control the new orc before it grabbed the two nearby elite goblins, that were still in a daze from being released from the slavery magic, by the head then crushed it with its large hands as if it, instinctively, was trying to even out the odds or trying to gain the upper hand!

That and it was still furious about being under the control of someone so weak!

*the sound of flesh being torn*

Noticing this the faceless monster used its tail to stab through the chest of one of the elites, within range, then flung the now dead body to the remaining elite ending its life!

two monsters of the same tier were about to face off one was an orc while the other was the faceless monster both had towering frames as they both prepared one another studying each other looking for weaknesses to exploit before finally... charging forward!

The faceless monster just wanted to complete its task then leave this godforsaken place, while the orc wanted to dominate the creature it was facing, a nature that orc very rarely resist as their nature to conquer also allows them to feel who can help them complete their goals and those perfect for breeding stronger offspring, luckily for his opponent it was the former~

One used brute strength and vitality while the other used its armor and sharp claws the brutal fight began both relied on their regeneration ability to persist through the injuries they received as their skills grew in levels, so did their injuries!

the sound of powerful flesh and bones colliding could be heard as the two monsters pummeled each other heavily both were unintentionally strengthening each others' skills, the increased strength, regeneration, increased vitality, sharp claws, and natural armor!

Which one will win? the one with higher vitality? or the one with the stronger defense? both have regeneration so stamina was most likely the problem!

The orc, looked like a bloody mess missing chunks from its torso and limbs that were used to strike, was standing upright wanting to fight more its knuckles had bone exposed from beating its enemy as the regeneration skill was kicking in as smoke formed after every injury that was healed.

While its opponent had numerous cracks throughout its armor, as blood seeped through and it was breathing heavily as steam escaped from the pores of its armor but the regeneration was doing its job, as its claws were chipped as the resilience of the orc was beginning to stop the claws from breaking through its skin!

It was the same for the powerful tail that's why the orc mostly suffered superficial injuries more than half-way through the exchange!

The orc took advantage of the weariness of his enemy doing a tackle bringing him down to the ground before mounting it using his knees to keep the arms in place despite the claws digging into them with one arm holding the tail that it caught when it retaliated, as the orc sported a Cheshire sneer that was followed by a rain of heavy hammer fist strikes to the face of his opponent.

Fairness? you can only give that not receive that if you are strong enough!

Cruel? ha wouldn't you do the same if it was a life or death battle?

(In this world, if you are weak no one really cares for you but they will try to use you.

If you are strong, people will 'care' about you as they seek benefits and the possible safety you can bring them.

if you are nice, how quickly the masses both the good and evil will take advantage of you placing a tag on your head as a naive helper as you struggle to reach the top with so many trying to hinder you.

if you are cruel, Many will call you a tyrant as the masses fear you and there would be fewer obstacles to hinder as cruelty will save your life on multiple occasions but the even stronger tyrants will either seek you out or try to kill you!)

The brutal battle between the two monsters continued the head of the monster under the orc caved-in a little from the heavy attacks the attacker stopped a bit before commanding the downed monster.

"ֆʊʀʀɛռɖɛʀ ǟռɖ ɮɛƈօʍɛ ʍʏ ֆɛƈօռɖ!"

The orc was trying to beat his opponent into submission before trying to recruit it only those that can survive an orcs attack were 'worthy' of joining the clan there were also rare times of humans joining a clan of orcs the misfits and abandoned children mostly to help them add more females into the clan.

Slaves are a concept that orcs in this world are unable to comprehend only through battle and war do they grow both in strength and numbers but it was fun for them to dominate the weaklings in their clan.

why?

So that the weaklings will try harder to grow stronger!

As orcs believe that those that are weak, simply haven't tried hard enough to become stronger, as orcs absolutely hate the feeling of weakness which is why the clan leader doesn't stay as the same one for a month as they strive to surpass one another!

As for why the orc why trying to recruit the monster under him, it would make an excellent rival to grow both in skills and overall powers as throughout this fight its skills grew by two levels each and it also sensed that its opponent grew as well!

Thus it wanted a worthy fighter as well as a punching bag!

But the reply it received was a middle finger that was a foreign meaning to it thus the orc tilted its head in confusion before hearing two words that it understood as rejection.

"Fuck you!!"

The orc nodded before it raised the hammer fist again since its enemy didn't want to follow then it was better off dead!

The hammer fist struck down again but the opponent kneed it the back interrupting the attack before its head changed as a large mouth filled with sharp teeth opened up then chomped down on the fist tearing away half of the hand as the orc roared in pain!

this distraction made the now surprised orc, lessen the weight of its knees just enough for the pinned down limbs to slip free before the orc tried to get the freed arms managing to get only one at the quick struggle!

As it did the monster under it muttered the skill that was just waiting for this moment using the free arm to deliver a deadly stab!

"Assassinate!"
