"Good evening everyone, all ten of you have been selected to participate in the future queen selection. There will be one week of intensive training for you girls where you would have physical training from Mr. Bernard your fitness training, table manners from Mrs. Webster, princess training from me, Ms. Carter and defense from Mr. John. Your trainings would start promptly at six in the morning. At the end of the week you would get a mark from the four of us, only the girls that make more than seventy percent would be selected to take part in the preliminaries. This is your schedule for this week," the younger woman said as soon as all the trays were cleared from in front of the girls.
Ms. Carter started walking from one side of the room handing out the schedule and Angel was the last one to receive her schedule. Angel looked at the paper and saw that she had to angle the paper so that she could clearly see the table was vertically along the page.

"As you all may have noticed each of you got a different meal from the other. All ten of you will be on different types of diet, these diets are also to help you with your training and to help you to perform better in all of your training," Angel heard the voice of another woman and looked up to see the older woman who was Mrs. Webster speaking. "I will now give you all your diet plan for this week."
Mrs. Webster then walked around the room and giving each person a sheet of paper, just like the schedule her name was at the top center of the paper.

Angel stared at the paper, it was like they were feeding a cow but then they probably think that she was a fat cow because of her size. Angel was not accustom to eating so many times for the day and even that healthy. She could already sense that she would be putting on wait instead of losing if she ate more than the one time a day she was accustom to.
She doubt that the physical training would even help her because she was accustomed to running from home to the little town every morning and evening which was almost five miles from her pack house and she didn't lose weight but instead gained. She decided to do whatever they told her to from that moment because it was only that way would she maybe be able to go on to the preliminaries.
