Rogan Kane is as normal as any young adult, aside from the fact that he doesn't have any friends, He would be considered very popular.
It isn't as if he didn't know this , but in the midst of crossing the street on a very cold Sunday morning . Rogan thought to himself ' People are nothing but a burden and tiresome. ' .
The sun still seemed to be hiding , as was evident by the condensation of his breath against the cold morning air.

It wasn't as if he wanted to go to Astro University, The most prestigious tertiary educational facility in the "Gaia" Faction, but as his luck would have it, he just had to ace the entrance exam.
Others would have been ecstatic, but to Rogan it seemed as if he had extra stress to deal with .
He knew as soon as he told his mother then definitely there would be no chance for him to voice his opinions .
As soon as Rogan approached his home, he began to wonder about her reactions and how happy she would be .
That was it , right there ,
It was decided , he just had to get a degree of some sort in order to make sure that his mother got to keep her smile , the one that made him forget about all of this world's stress and anxiety.
His mother , Helena , always seem to have that effect on people.
He couldn't understand it but he knew when he was with his mother he forgot about all of pain that he's been keeping down .
Pain that even Rogan did not know about , all of it disappears immediately when he's with Helena .
He entered their front yard , he could already smell his mother's cooking.

usually his mother opens the door for him as he approaches it .
