It did not take too long for Marcel to recover from his state of what he could only call full-body paralysis. Once he could sit up, Liam ran into his arms with tears in his eyes while Damien looked at him with furrowed eyebrows.
"Do you have some condition that makes this happen? Is it frequent? Will it affect your work?" Damien asked as he sat on one of the high stools in the kitchen.
"It's infrequent, don't worry. I just get nasty headaches, but it's the first time it's gotten this bad. It won't happen again," Marcel answered, but to Avian it sounded like he was being scolded.
He hadn't thought he would have been able to impart that amount of information to Marcel, so he had been reckless. When he went to check he had realised that Marcel had completed the task he had been training for, so he had received an upgrade too.
