Low mumbles echoed around my head as I slowly begin to open my eyes but, exhibiting weakness all over my body and mind.
« Ah you're finally awake, heh »
A sudden and gentle voice from behind said, turning back I saw an average sized man wearing clothing of silk lined with gold and toned muscles popped at each part of his body. His masculine features were very sharp with golden hair flowing from his head all the way to his waist. A scarf wrapped around his arms and the middle part floats above his head almost like a halo.
« Who're you and what I am I doing here »
I responded with slight urgency.
« well, I am Arthur an arcanian sword master »
He simply replied with no other response.
* Arthur Arthurian, a first master level that destroyed the demon overlord over millions of years ago *
« The Arthur, the one who killed the overlord but, also died alongside! » I said in shock but, also not really believing the stranger's word.
« Yes » once again replies with a simple answer.
Moments of silence followed after until a door creaks open as the other figure comes in and says
« Brat, are you ready for your training »
This person looked very deformed with horns on both sides of his head, spikey black and red tips as hair and enormous bulk of muscles packed inside the large body. Dark clothing covered his body as a black reptilian tail stuck out from behind, whipping around carelessly. Balls of darkness float around his head and his red eyes flared as I looked at him with confusion.
« What's there to be confused about, now hurry along, your training session is going to begin »
I stood up with some ounce of bravery but, also cowardice. I soon realise who this person was, he is the demon overlord in his human form. As he leads the way to a more brighter room as more of the same spheres of light flooded the area with its glorious glow. The place was large and looked like a cavern with rock walls everywhere but, no single specks of litter or rocks on the ground.
« Now then, let's begin phase two - boy stands at the centre dit of the room » The demon lord commanded as he pointed towards a white dot in the middle of the floor. I approached towards it and stood like I was told to.
« Good, Arthur it's time. Okay now we're going to release our arcania into your body, you must endure the pressure as we unlock your potential »
He said in advanced as I looked at them with a terrified expression.
They both come towards me, demon lord touched my chest with his right hand and Arthur behind me touched my back with his left hand as they begin to chant words unknown to me. suddenly, large ounces of pressure seized my body almost as if it were erupting. I gasped for air frantically as my lungs were being crushed. Sweats came out of every part of my body as the process carried on. I shut my eyes to focus on endurance.
Many long-awaited hours passed when Arthur said
« Well done, it's over you can open your eyes now » the pressure disappeared and felt such relief but, to be honest, the pressure started to familiarise with my body so it was as much to handle as at the start.
« Meditate now! » the booming voice of the demon lord surprisingly yelled as I quickly followed his command.
My body felt hot, I see pitch black until an I saw a glimmer of enormous light from deep within me and a lock that appeared inside the light as I pursuits it. Reaching out for the lock chains revealed itself everywhere but, all connected to this lock. A makeshift key was tucked in my hand made with half holy energy and darkness energy
« It's the arcania of the demon overlord and Arthur »
I soon realised what I had to do as I placed the key inside the lock and started twisting it with such excitement.
As I finished twisting it, the chains cracked and broke as the lock also broke. Emerging vast amounts of light continued after, replacing the darkness in a sea of rainbow arcania. I opened my eyes as in the first time ever I felt arcania flow through me. The joy almost gave me a heart attack.
« You have much arcania to be evenly matched as us but, it would seem as though someone with master level abilities sealed your power that is normally used on dragons and superior beings » Arthur explained to me, as I try to remember anyone who I could think of but, nothing appeared in my mind so I gave in.
« So I have arcania, what do I do now,» I asked the two legendary figures in front of me as they replied
« We will show you the way out as we gave you all of our arcania so now it is time for us to rest » as the balls of light gathered and made a shape of an arrow pointing the direction I needed to go as the figures vanished without a trace.
« Thank you for everything » as I began my way out of this ravine with the arrow of light as my guide. I am sure everything will work out somehow.
