Chapter 605 - Leylin's Plans

Leylin relinquished control of his body, absorbing a large amount of Origin Force; he noticed that the Magus World's Will was rather generous to him, allowing him to absorb a far larger amount of the Origin Force than he initially anticipated.

That was because he introduced a new Path to the Magus World, or rather two Paths; one of them was the Godhood Method, and another was the Law Godhood. This caused the Magus World's Will itself to analyze them and increase its own strength.

Leylin's introduction of the new things to the Magus World made the Magus World stronger, so the World's Will was basically rewarding him for his hard work.

After converting it using the Law Godhood of Devour, he turned this strength into his own.

His mind and soul were focused on comprehending the Law Godhood that he had and planting the seeds of the ones that he would in the future obtain.

The exposure to the Laws of the world was a good thing for Leylin. With his ascending to the Law Godhood, his understanding of the Laws was elevated to a terrifying degree because he obtained great comprehension capabilities.

The World of Gods was simply a paradise for a Magus who wielded laws, the power of worship aiding their understanding of the world. As long as their worshippers continued to pray, Magus would continue to grow in their understanding of their Domains.

It would aid them in their comprehension of Laws, but at the same time, it would also corrupt them with the concept of Faith and the image that his worshippers had in their minds of the worshipped being.

[Beep! Time has ended!]

Leylin recollected his senses with the A.I. Chip's voice. Just as the voice sounded, the large doors appeared once again; as he crossed over the doors, he disappeared back to where he came from and then returned back to the Dalaran.

Floating City Dalaran, Headquarters of Kirin Tor.

'A.I. Chip, display stats.'

Leylin commanded inwardly.

'Mm, it looks like I can absorb it again. I'm not fully saturated with World Origin Force,'

Leylin had a satisfied look on his face at the increase of stats; with just a bit of the Magus World's Origin Force, he managed to increase his physical parameters tremendously because every single point in stands was a huge growth in strength.

Compared to those Magi of Laws, who mostly needed thousands upon thousands of years to advance, his speed was indeed frightening to everyone around him.

'With my current strength, I should be far stronger than countless Lesser Gods within the World of Gods and Rank 7 Magi of Laws; once I go all out with the All Devour and Nāga Supremacy, I can threaten pseudo-Rank 8 beings...'

Leylin thought as he made calculations over his power because right now, he had a lot of things that he needed to attend to personally.

He needed to ensure that his Lineage was developing properly, though he seriously doubted that anyone would be able to step on the Law Godhood Path as he was...

Still, he would be greatly satisfied if they managed to reach Rank 7 with the Law Path as they were, even though that would be a good achievement and would tremendously increase the power of the Ouroboros Clan and Kirin Tor.

Now that he had reached the Rank 7 Law Godhood, it was time to use the Law Crystals that he got from the Father of All Devils on the people with no future that couldn't progress or reach the Rank 7 under any circumstances.

Next would be a trip to Dreamscape.

The Nightmare Absorbing Physique was a mystery, and the quality of Dreamforce was changing. However, he had to find answers as to why the power of Dreamforce fluctuated, so, after all, it was of utmost importance to his growth.

Leylin was using the Dreamforce as the binding element between the two Path; it was the thing that helped merge the Law Path and Godhood Path perfectly into one sole entity without any flaws.

So, for him to reach the higher Ranks, especially the Rank 10 in the far future, he needed to obtain the source of the Dreamforce and fully incorporate it into his Law Godhood so that the Dreamforce would become part of the Law Godhood.

This was also connected with the final requirement for the peak Rank 8 Magus to reach Rank 9, the Path needed to accommodate the Spacetime.

Something that wasn't really needed at the Law Path of the Kadath Universe, but that was due to the differences between the Universes and the Paths themselves.

For the proper accommodation of Spacetime, one needed to have a good foundation that could endure that power, and choosing the wrong type of force would prove fatal to him.

This stringent condition had stumped countless ancient Magi.

Leylin, too, had suspected that Mother Core was in this position; hence, she could not advance another step. He'd never heard of someone being able to change their Path after starting on it.

'Dreamforce is currently in a weak phase...and the dangers are minimal. Right now is the most appropriate time to explore it a bit and find the Dreamforce Source. Then I only need to wait for Gu Long to return and we can start the final parts of the plan. Starting with meeting Snake Dowager and fulfilling the contract.'

Although the Snake Dowager had sent Leylin a message when he advanced to Rank 7, Leylin had no intentions of carrying out his obligation immediately.

Not to mention, he was waiting for the appropriate time to increase his power and only afterward he would fulfill the contract.

Even though the Snake Dowager had canceled all their previous enmities by laughing it off, Leylin didn't trust the Mother of All Snakes even a bit. That would be certainly a foolish notion to do so...
