[Beep! New lethal virus completed! Give it a name?]
"Nurglian Pathogen!"
Leylin named it nonchalantly.
[Beep! Name recorded! Storing data…]
The A.I. Chip carried out Leylin's instructions before reflecting the data back to his eyes.
[Nurglian Pathogen: Weapon to target genes, an extremely strong contagious effect! Able to thrive in weather extremities with a lifespan of a hundred hours! Ability to spread through the respiratory tract, pathogenic effect of 80%, lethality 80%! No available cure! Transmission of up to a second degree! (Note: The pathogen is extremely effective against the specimen used, the first wave of natives as per stored in the data!)]
Only effective against the natives with a highly contagious, pathogenic and lethal effect. This was like smallpox combined with influenza. Leylin did not doubt for a moment there that once it was released, it would strike fear more than the devils or demons would!
Originally, he was planning to have the lethality of the pathogen at 90%. Still, in the end, he decided that lethality of 90 because he wanted to have more worshippers, and the lethality of the Nuglian Pathogen of 80% was pretty high already.
Nurglian Pathogen would be the trump card against the Sakartes Empire and the entirety of the Debanks Ilsands, as it would bring them to heel, destroy their foundation and their existence, to become ripe for taking.

"Then I presume that the opening strategy should be war between the tribes?"
Gu Long asked as Leylin nodded.
While the Sakartes Empire controlled the majority of the Debanks Islands's landmass, there were still some territories that belonged to some particularly stronger native tribes that refused to surrender or be integrated into the Sakartes Empire.
And due to their individually high strength and many alliances between these tribes, it was not worth it for the Sakartes Empire to conquer them, so they left them alone for the time being, though that would soon enough change.
"Yes, we have managed to surround routes to the Debanks Islands and completely isolate the landmass and annihilate the tribes with active navy and those who could pass some messages to the continent."
This was the first step of their plan for the conquest of the Debanks Islands.
"Now, the second phase would consist of creating conflicts between the tribes not under the control of the Sakartes Empire, weakening them considerably enough for the Sakartes Empire to try to conquer them once again. Only then will we release the plague all around the Debanks Islands."
Hearing that, Gu Long grinned because the plan that Leylin crafted was essentially perfect and would work with a probability of 99%. Unless of some of the Gods directly intervened in this manner, the Debanks Islands were already in their hands.
"When do you plan to start?"
The dragon prince asked as they were already departing back to the main headquarters that the Church of the Heavenly Serpent built together with the Scarlet Tigers.
When Gu Long looked at the people who were all around, he noticed that most of them were pretty weak... Most of them were weak even according to the standards of the Magus World what he had seen and apparently, this was the elite of the World of Gods.
But that was understandable for the standards of the World of Gods that depended on Faith; such Gods would never allow the mortals to get too powerful and all powerhouses belonged to the Churches of the Gods.
In some way, it reminded him of the situation with the Douluo Principal World, not entirely but the principles were very similar. With how countless years passed in the Douluo Principal World, the only faction that had top powerhouses was the Spirit Hall.
While the various petty Kingdoms, Empire and Nations of the Douluo World were limited in how they could grow. Not to mention, the technological development of the Douluo Principal World and some of its adjusted planes was strictly limited.
While the Gods of the Douluo and the Godhood Method he practiced and the Gods of the Baator were, didn't actively require Faith as their main source of power. Gods like Gu Long's mother or father were Gods on their own.
Like his father once said "Gods who require worship are not Gods", Faith Gods were weak because the moment they lost their worshippers, a constant stream of Faith, they would wither and die.
It was rather sad when one thought it over, but at the same time, it was also fair.
"I have already planted some seeds of discord between the biggest tribe and our Wizards, Arcanists and Priests are using their Magic to buy time before the Sakartes Empir intervenes.... "
Early intervention of the Sakarates Empire would be detrimental to their plan because there was some possibility of the Sakartes Empire mediating the conflict between the tribes.
According to the latest information from the Sakartes Empire, they were wary of the outsiders and they started some weird movements within the nation; it was possible that they were warned about outsiders by their Divine Beings or whatever they had in their disposition.
"I will be going to the Abyss after you conquer the Debanks Islands to have my ascension."
Contrary to Leylin or his father, Gu Long's Path was very similar or the same as his brother's Sigmar who was also a Law God.
Both of them were innate Law Gods, which meant that they didn't really need to figure anything and just focus on getting stronger, which wasn't the case with Leylin or Zeoticus Lucifer, who needed to create the path themselves.
"I have made progress with the second thing..."
Leylin stated that they were alone after everyone left the premises of the main room.
"Indeed? Are you sure you can succeed in this matter? If you can, then you can surely advance to tremendous levels of power, even in my own Universe."
Gu Long stated that he had a certain conversation with Leylin before the Magus went to reincarnate part of his soul into the World of Gods.
