[Control Sysmtes have started integral analysis of the Sky City-051.]

[Analysis of the Sky City-051 has shown that the Sky City-051 has been severely damaged and most of the facilities are not working.]

[Asking the Master of the Sky City-051 for permission to start the rebuilding procedure?]

Gu Long then sent the confirmation to the genie spirit of the Sky City-051 so the city could start the self-repair procedure.

[Confirmation has been accepted.]

[Self-Repair Protocol has been initiated.]

The moment Gu Long bound himself to the Sky City, he not only accessed everything but also got himself in control of the city itself.

When he lets the control crystal of the Sky City absorb the energy from the crystal his father gave him, the entire city comes to life.

The moment it finished the absorption, the operation system kicked in and the city started repairing itself at a visible rate.

Most shockingly, it even had some basic Mana Generators that should have powered the city long ago... but they were unfortunately severely damaged.

And the previous owners of Sky City didn't understand the technology enough to repair it, aside from the fact that they couldn't access some parts of Sky City due to a lack of energy in the city, which caused this state.

Now that the energy reserves of the city were fully restored, the self-repair function would restore the city to its pristine conditions. Gu Long already saw that the Mana Generators were being repaired together with some other most crucial facilities.

When that was finished, he wouldn't need to fear for energy or anything.

The Sky Cities were designed to be completely self-sustainable without any outside interference; if the Mana Generators and Engines were not damaged or destroyed, the city could go on for an indefinite period.

Unforutanly for the Sky City-051, it was severely damaged during the end of the ancient Byron Empire, with its Mana Generators were severely damaged and Egnines were destroyed, essentially crippling the city.

Now everything would be slowly repaired and Gu Long was already making plans how to re-structualize the city for a dragon of his stature. With the Sky City gained, he needed some time to digest all of the information that he obtained from Sky City.

Not to mention that he would need to coordinate with the Bloodline Monarch Leylin Farlier to complete the task given to him by his father. Unfortunately, Gu Long didn't have any good method of bypassing the Crystal Wall that was protecting the World of Gods.

At the same time, he needed to get into the World of Gods undetected because wreaking havoc would be foolish and the most he would achieve would be death.

***

Unbeknownst to the Dragon Prince Gu Long, the outside world was in an uproar because the first survivors that had escaped from the Sky City were already spreading the rumors...

Monarch of Skies Zabofel, the oldest and most powerful Rank 6 Breaking Dawn Magus, was killed by an unknown Rank 6 Dragon. Also, aside from this shocking news, there was another shocking news, that the already said dragon has taken the Sky City as his new lair.

The fall of the oldest and most powerful Magus in the surface world of the Magus World came even more shocking than the rise of the Bloodline Monmarch. The Monarch of Skies Zabofel was the oldest Magus and outlived countless of his kin in the Magus World.

He was practically an unmatched expert in the current Magus World, because there were no Beings of Law Magi in the Surface World.

Seeing and hearing such an expert to fall like nothing because, according to the rumors, the dragon had a clear advantage during the whole fight.

Now, when not only the Monarch of Skies was killed but also his entire organization was destroyed and his foundation was taken, it was clear to anyone that great changes were coming for the current power structure of the Magus World's surface.

Leylin Farlier was currently in the Targaryen Castle as he was interrupted during his research by his wife Freya about this development and to say that he was surprised would be deep underestimation of his feelings.

He was shocked.

He didn't really anticipate that the newcomer dragon would go straight for the Monarch of Skies and kill the old fossil.

Even when he fought against the Monarch of Skies Zabofel, he sensed that he didn't go all out, as he didn't use his most powerful moves and he knew that his comprehension of Laws was frightening considering the fact that he was just Rank 6 Breaking Dawn Magus.

"The dragon is stronger than I initially thought... interesting, though the death of Zabofel will now create a mess."

The power vacuum left by the most powerful Rank 6 Breaking Dawn Magus was nothing to scoff at and there would be countless Magus Organizations of the surface world to fight to fill it, not to mention there was a high possibility of Warlocks joining the fray as well.

Leylin wasn't someone who was deeply interested in inconsequential power plays among the mortals...

He had bigger things in his mind and when he got inducted into the Longinus Dreizhen Orden, it only affirmed his decision, though, at the same time, he was forced to re-evaluate some of his decisions.

He was aware that each member of the Longinus Dreizhen Order had enormous behemoths of factions behind them. Compared to them, the Ouroboros Clan was nothing, just a speck of dust.

In the Chthonian Empire of the Baator in the Kadath Universe, the Ouroboros Clan would not even qualify as the lowest-ranking noble family.
