I patted my familiars and scratched Isla behind her ears just like she liked it.
"Go and take control over the monster hordes across the Noscent... cause as much carnage to humans as possible."
I ordered as Isla attempted to scratch me for giving her a troublesome task as she wanted to sleep. While Jin barked in anticipation and Heishen had a mischievous glint in his eyes.
Noscent Plane was, in this regard, similar to the Baator, as it had countless monsters that inhabited various parts of the Plane. This was basically an untouched war potential for us, as I could use my familiars to take over these monster hordes and use them as a weapon to attack human nations and weaken them considerably.
This was the only thing aside from capturing the Barbarian King and his Chieftains for the Invasion of the Noscent.
After I instructed my familiars on what to do, they instantly disappeared to the distance to carry out my tasks while I returned to the fortifications to await the assault of the Barbarian Horde.

"Hmm... there are a lot of them."
Stated Hela as she continued to snuggle against me in our room in the castle that was built in the fortification. Right now, it looks like a smaller city already due to the excellent work of the subjects of the Chthonian Empire.
"There are... this is the first time we are waging war against something with a similar level of strength. Contrary to the Feisuo Plane, in which we used more subterfuge and sabotage, this is pure warfare and nothing more. Our armies need to experience proper tempering with blood and iron against similarly leveled enemies."
Noscent was a testing ground, basically.
Till now, in all of our conquest, our armies didn't fight another army with a strength level similar to theirs, and that was a great gap that needed to be amended before we clash with warlocks. Warlock Dynasties have even stronger standard armies than natives of the Noscent. However, it is still good cooperation between the two of them.
Aside from making use of the monster hordes at the Noscent, we didn't kill any of their powerhouses or weaken them in any other way to make our forces roughly at the same level to achieve the predicted result.
"I wanna stay here... heading to the battlefield is bothersome."
Whined Venelana who laid naked to my right as she rolled on the bed protesting. At times we were enjoying our life like this; Vena wanted just to laze around, cuddle or go another round, so she was a bit grumpy about going out to the fight.
Meanwhile, Hela was getting hornier and hornier.
"Don't whine already... so much slaughter and carnage makes me all wet..."
She said as she whispered into my ear seductively.
"I await some reward after it is over..."
I almost got hard instantly.
For Hela, slaughtering millions is an incredible turn-on as she always gets horny, and we have much fun together.
So I decided to tease her back as payback cause right now, I won't be able to think about anything else.
"You know..."
As I nibbled on her ear, I said as my right hand went to her things and teased her down there.
"Bad girl who gets of on the slaughtering millions will be bounded so she cannot move an inch and punished properly."
I whispered as I sensed she came from my teasing as I said those words and rubbed her down there.
Suddenly we all heard the sound of the horn as the barbarian horde launched its attack on our fortifications.
"It appears that they started."
I stated as I got up from the bed as Vena and Hela followed after me and then went to their respective places on the battlefield. At the same time, I teleported away and hid under the concealment spells while observing how the barbarians advanced on our positions.
Right now, barbarians entered the demilitarized zone and were bombarded by the Anti-Matter Magicule Canon and artillery of the Arcanotech Tower and Voidfleet while also suffering heavy casualties from the other traps that were put on the demilitarized zone, which significantly lowered their numbers.
Still, their losses were lower than I initially expected. Their Magical Resistance considerably lowered the effect of these weapons as they were magical or rather energical in their fundamental nature.
Of course, my Generals of the Imperialis Militarum reacted accordingly, as they adjusted their strategy to counter their Magical Resistance.
While hundreds of thousands of barbarians were closing the gap between soldiers of the Imperialis Militarum and them, Generals of the Imperialis Miliatrum instantly ordered to cast supporting spells on the entire Army.
So-called "buffs" greatly enhanced our soldiers' physical strength, speed, defense, and other attributes, as every soldier of the Imperialis Militarum readied their weapon upon orders of their officers.
I nodded in approval seeing this strategy as armies clashed in a split second, and fierce close combat began. As the soldiers of the Imperialis Militarum tore through the ferocious hordes of the barbarian invaders, hundreds of shadows appeared from the Arcanotech structures. They rushed directly at the Chieftains and other important people in the barbarian horde. They held at least some authority over the horde.
In a short time, heads started flying high in the air, as the first wave of the assassinations was a success and Executioners decapitated tens of important people in the horde, which greatly lowered their commanding abilities.
The effect of this action was immediate, as entire areas where barbarians fought instantly fell into total anarchy without any supervision over them. Most barbarians obeyed only their Chieftain, Shaman, or Tribal Champion.
Many of these people were assassinated by Executioners. Their tribesmen fell into a state of anarchy as there was no one who would issue commands. This weakness was not even a second later exploited by Imperial Soldiers, as Generals started brutally pushing through the places where the command chain was broken, and the blood of the barbarians flowed like a river.
