Chapter 5 - New home (5)

When I arrived in the city, I got greeted by a lively atmosphere.

I didn't know what was going on, but I decided to ask someone later.

Usually, shop clerks who work in expensive or unpopular shops like to talk a lot about upcoming news or city past.

That's why I was confident in getting information.

But right now I used my car GPS to locate a construction shop or anything similar that sells ax and ladder.

I saw at least six shops on GPS that meet my requirements.

I decided on a shop in the city center. Usually, it's easy to find other interesting shops nearby.

I also hope to buy some sweets, because in the fridge I saw only daily food that was made ready for me.

In the middle of the city, I found a parking building, specially made for parking cars.

Parking buildings size usually determines how many cars can be parked.

Companies also build part of the parking slots into the underground.

To park the car, you drive near the garage like a door, which will open after payment, how many hours you want to park the car.

It's very cheap, or free, depending on who owns, and for what purpose.

For me, it doesn't matter, but currently, I happened upon a free one.

Free parking buildings need an ID card, to use, you also use an ID card as a bank card.

In short, you can do a lot with the ID card.

After I parked the car inside, I went outside from the garage and confirmed the estimated time I will be away and used my ID for final confirmations.

After that, the garage closed.

When the next person comes to park the car, he will see an empty garage.

If I want my car back, all I have to do is show my ID, and the parking building will search my car and open the garage with my car.

And as for where my car is, its simple. On upper or lower floors parked on lifts, that moves.

Those buildings were made to save space.

And it also gives a better view of the surroundings. It's useful because when you want to cross the road and there happens to be not a single crossing place nearby, and some parked cars block to view it may lead to accidents.

I usually am lazy, so I rarely crossroad from the unauthorized place.

When you are rich, you enjoy life. And as a rich person, you don't mind walking longer. But of course, if it's too far, like above five hundred meters, I don't walk pointlessly as well to cross a road, if the store is just the other side.

That's the difference between rich and boor.

And that's why we often hear about accidents on TV. A good example is a car accident. When I drove to the city, around five cars passed me, even though I drove 100km an hour, but in reality, I had to drive 90km an hour.
