The next day, as promised Xia Zi Qie came to Feng Cho Kang's house. Feng Yue once told him that she hated staying at this house because of two women who had been nitpicking on her since she was young. Because of the constant harassment, Feng Yue moved out to stay at her grandfather's house.
The person who welcomed Xia Zi Qie was Feng Ma Ri. She was smiling as she greeted Xia Zi Qie.
"Brother Xia, welcome to my house." Feng Ma Ri said. "My parent is waiting for you."
Xia Zi Qie did not respond to Feng Ma Ri and walked inside. He could see the middle-aged man and woman.
"You must be Xia Zi Qie." Fuang Cian Xie put a smile on her lips while looking at Xia Zi Qie.
"Yes." Xia Zi Qie nodded.
"I am Feng Yue's mother and this is her father." Fuang Cian Xia stated.
"From what I know her mother already passed away. You are her stepmother." Xia Zi Qie replied.
