The ceremony was about to begin when they saw the host standing on the stage with the microphone. He tested the microphone to make sure it was working nicely. After confirming that the microphone was working, he started to talk to the audience.
"Welcome to this party, it has been my honour to be the MC for this party. As you can see that this party is to honour and congratulate our new Senior Colonel. Before that, I would like to invite our President to give a speech. Welcome, President Hai Ging." The MC said.
