Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: An Invitation.

"Miss Saki. Have you prepared for the banquet yet?"

"Not yet, I supposed you guys can help me find a dress." Saki looked down.

The time of the year has come. The annual banquet party. Every year, all the schools student councils meet together. Saki didn't go last year, so I would be her first time.

"I heard that a lot of presidents of the student councils are interested in Saki." Saki's friend excitedly giggled.

Saki laughed warmly.

"They're only interested because I'm one of the best student presidents." Saki went back to doing her work.

"Miss Saki! Your dress has arrived!"

A group of girls came in with a fancy, elegant dress. The black color complimented Saki's skin. The very detailed laces, flowed around the bod. The dress matched with some very shimmering heels.

"You guys! How did you find such a perfect dress?" Saki being amazed.

"Well, Saritu bought it with her money. After all, her parents own one of the largest restaurants."

Saki hugged Saritu tightly.

"You didn't have to do this Saritu." Saki smiled.

"I did. You look like you never had fun in life, so hopefully this can help you." Saritu advised.

-

"Wowie! I didn't know Prez look so good in dress." One boy chuckled.

"A dress?" Jian looked up.

Saki walked elegantly towards the limo. Jian cheeks began to bloom with red. He was amazed with Saki's beauty.

-

Saki's eyes widen. They held a banquet at this?! The place was so big!

"Miss Saki, welcome." A butler held his hand put to help Saki.

All eyes laid on Saki. She indeed looked so beautiful with the dress.

"I heard about her. Not only is she pretty, but she has the smarts."

Saki rolled her eyes. She wasn't use to getting complimented with so many people around. Only at her maid cafe.

"Miss Saki, you look amazing tonight." A mysterious boy came with his group.

"And you are?"

"Allow me to introduce myself. I am Li Akio. The student president of Miyagi High School." He properly kissed Saki's hand.

"So you're the student president of that rich elite school."

"Indeed I am. I heard so much about you." He smoothly followed Saki around.

"When it comes to work, I am focused entirely on it." Saki chuckled.

"Oh Saki, you are so different from other girls." Akio smirked.

"What's that supposed to mean." Saki quickly stepped back.

"It's a compliment." Akio smiled.

Saki looked around. It's been hours since she was here. The sun looked as if it was about to come up.

"I should get going." Saki went away from Akio.

"Not so fast." Akio grabbed Saki's hand.

Saki was expressionless. What in the world is he doing?

"I want you to invite you to Miyagi High School. To be part of the student council."

"I don't know if-"

"Please, enjoy the experience at Miyagi for one day. Do it for me Saki." Akio looked deep into Saki's eyes.

Saki felt bad if she rejected the offer. After all, he was the only person that actually had a conversation with her.

"I guess I would come." Saki looked down.

"Great! Meet me in my office." Akio properly walked away.

Saki began walking towards the car. She had such a long evening at the banquet. She hastily closed the door, and walked toward her house.

"There you are Prez." Jian looked at Saki.

"Jian? What are you doing here at my house?!"

"I've been waiting for you." He held out a rose.

"What's this for?" Saki took it from him.

"I wanted to go as your date, but it was only for student Presidents." Jian looked down.

"Well, whatever, you couldn't go anyways." Saki began walking inside.

Jian instantly grabbed her by the waist and pulled her close.

"May I have this dance?" He held out his hand.

Saki smiled. The banquet was so boring she forgot to have fun.

Saki took his soft, gentle hands as he twirled Saki around. Together, they danced in the shining moonlight. As the fun time ended, Jian escorted her to her home, and they both went their separate ways....
