I started looking for him at all possible ways . But all I could see was random people having a nice appetite. Look Aakridhi what he has done to you? You should be enjoying this moment with Arjun but you still get laid back with Aadhviks thoughts ! I was now thinking whether the familiar face of a human I saw adjacent wasn't Aadhvik at all ? But I did receive a message from him . UGH, this is so not nice .Finally we placed the order and meanwhile we were patiently waiting for food ,Arjun started up a conversation. I completely understand Aakridhi your fear of the D-day this Friday . It will all go well .Why don't you just relax and enjoy the moments that take place ? Well , Arjun . You are right , its nothing but the thoughts of conference that is held tomorrow . I will be alright . I wanted to switch the topic very badly . Infact I needed a person to spill out the problems and ask them to face it instead of me , which will never happen. But there is this person who could find solutions to them but this costs a lot ," LEELA". I always find God helping me at times where I don't seek alternatives to fix up the situations and things around. The waiter came and served us the dishes . With utmost happy face while normal people have when seeing the food , yes the same way I had but a bit over exposive. Its like a nomad having a feast of delicious ,colourful food served before him . Exactly , I barely had anything delicious the past weeks , Only rotti and sabji on diet. I did hope that having rotti can make me reduce a bit of weight before my engagement . Look I was that much preparing myself for the engagement. I took the spoon in my right hand and fork in the left hand . when I was about to get the beautifully marinated chicken piece into my mouth , I heard someone addressing me before my table.
"Hey Aakridhi , how are you ?" . The pain I faced dropping back the fork that held my chicken piece back to the plate was indeed unbearable but not much on the note as to how to react for the persons greetings . It was Aadhvik. I told you he was here said my inner heart located at left . With a pleasant smile I did reply him , " I am doing great and what about you ?" . well, good . And hey, This is Arjun my fiancé. I explained as if he doesn't know who Arjun is . Arjun this is Aadhvik , a very good friend of mine back in college days . They both shook hands and exchanged a few talks. It was nice meeting you Aadhvik , there they ended. I gave him the same pleasant smile and said Hope to see you this Friday . Of course yes , how will the event start without my presence ? he said them in the low base tone while Arjun had his seat down . I couldn't further say to him that everything is over between us which I wanted him to know . By the time all these grumpy situations took place , my lovely chicken looked dead and dry . It didn't have the crisp neither I was willing to eat it that way now. We then left the place at 8.45 with half filled dead dry chickens inside my tummy . When I was about to step inside the car , Aadhvik came beside where he had his car parked . So TWO SOLID DAYS left . Yes, for Friday . I sighed and stepped inside the car. Don't u recognise this same two days somewhere?

Its the end of the 2nd day deadline which Aadhvik had given us to find the girl . Leela shall we confess that we both are the ones who he is searching for ?No Aakridhi . Just follow my lead I will manage . This time I thought that leela had invoked the courage to face Aadhvik and ask him left , right and centre. But all she did was stand before them and look at me at the left with that innocent puppy face .Not good I hadn't prepared any reason to tell him . So have you found that girl ? No we were not present in the college for two days as leela grandma had passed away .So we weren't able to find that girl . Oh, so did I see your spirit coming around on June 7 to college with pink top and black jean ? Leela having found courage now to talk to me but not him asked , Dude is he spying on you ? I gave her the fire stare and at once she bent her head down . And the next day June 8 was Sunday so there is no college for anyone . Exactly Aadhi we just had one day to find that girl , you please give us one grace day , we will find her . For this Leela gave a nice big nod . Okay as u girls pleaded , I will give u just one day time . If not remember the pain you will gain. He then left . As usual , Leela started commenting about them after they left . Man my grandma passed way when I was merely wearing diapers and When did we even plead him , did u notice the last line pain ,gain what a rhyme scheme yaar ? Leela what do we do know ? Can u find a solution rather finding faults in my statements ? There is only one way Aakridhi , lets confess and lets gain the pain . There she started laughing again not even ending the whole sentence . Leela you are a complete pack of insane humans . By saying this I even started laughing as Leela was doing the insane actions like this monkey toy kids have .
Sudden break , There we reached my house . I bid him bye . He did bid bye along with this line , I love you Aakridhi . Good night . I don't think he was waiting for my reply like I love you too ,as I was totally not in mood to say that back . He is a gem man , he did nothing but just leave with that flattering smile . I went inside my house where Ma started expressing views like ," Arrey you did come back at 9pm as u said . Very good beta. You should uphold your words in your Sasu maa( mother-in-law) house even". While she started preaching me other laws of Sasu maa , I stopped her there. Maa, not now please . I am tired ,Good night . I saw her face turn pale as I knew I was a bit rude . But this is the one possible way that would stop her talks. The first thing I wanted to do was remove this dress because I was a bit uncomfortable . With comfortable night pyjamas I took my phone and gave Leela a ring . "Hey bride-to-be , so how is it going ?" Very bad and you know what now its even worst . "Why , What happened ?"
