Lucian won't be happy about David and the attack that had happened, so I am not telling him anything. I would also possibly be under house arrest if he does find out. Another reason for me to cover up this event.
I saw the familiar sliver car pull up and I walked inside. I didn't have any luggage due to my hurried leave. Lucian didn't even ask and I knew he knew thanks to his famous glare.
"Lucian, please tell me Dad doesn't know anything."
His voice was colder then ever, "You know if I know then he will know for sure. Who told you to run away for a whole year without calling once in that same year?"
"I am sorry but I hate having to live like that. You know I don't mind the violence and the killing but the drugs. I will never stay for that." I changed the topic since I didn't feel like explaining why I left.
