Rachel watched as Arnold and Elizabeth ran around the field and when she saw how tired out Elizabeth was she ran in and helped catch Arnold together. Seeing that he was going to be hit anyways, Arnold tried protecting his head by covering it with bothering his hands. Giving Elizabeth a chance to rain slaps on his back.
"Ouch! That hurts a lot!" Arnold could swear to the heavens that his twin sister had the most strong hands he had ever come across. Those slaps slapped hard that he could still feel a tingling sensation on his back minutes after the hit.
"Ow! You thought you don't feel any pain as you unceremoniously took away my favourite book. What were you expecting really?" Rachel rubbed her hands like she was rubbing off dust from them then proceeding to holding Rachel's hand and making her way to the dumbfounded Cynthia.
Arnold could have sworn that even a pat from his sister would have left him injured. It was like she was built with titanium and not human flesh even a pinch from her could send you to a painful hell, especially so since she could not pinch a person without making sure she left with a little bit of skin.
Cynthia stood holding onto the book that she was given by Arnold not knowing what to do with the hot potatoes now in her hands. She almost looked like she could cry. There was no way she was going to mess with the female John Cena absolutely no way. The book in her hand kept on getting hot the more she saw Elizabeth and Rachel getting closer to her. She could have long thrown away the book if only she was not afraid by doing so she would be getting herself into more of a big problem with the female warrior.
She did not ask for all that was happening someone please tell the female warrior for her. Elizabeth reached for Cynthia's back the moment she reached close to her and Cynthia closed her eyes anticipating the painful feeling only to open her eyes to laughter. Elizabeth was laughing so hard her back was hunched and shoulders were shaking.
"She was not going to hit you!" Rachel tried talking in between bursts of laughter. Cynthia stared at Elizabeth as if trying to think if what Rachel had told her was credible.
"Hey I was only trying to warm up to you.Thats my way of greeting I love patting people in the back. Sorry if I frightened you. I did not mean to!" Elizabeth looked really sorry and finally Cynthia could exhale.
'Yeah you all can laugh but I almost died with that pat!' That was a big exhale needing to be released right there.
Cynthia stretched her arm to give back the book to Elizabeth with which she replied by waving her arm.
"I don't take back things I have given out, though Richard gave it to tease me he also means it by giving it. Welcome to our little circle of friends." With a huge grin Elizabeth said to Cynthia.
Cynthia did not stand on ceremony at all not after the scare she had suffered for that particular book no way, she was going to accept it of course. With a cute smile of thank you Cynthia was welcomed into the group and they all happily ran to Arnold.
It was all memories they were making, memories that would later into the future seem so far yet so near but will live in their memories for a lifetime.
Cynthia did not know at that particular moment that she had gotten herself friends of a lifetime. Friends that would be there with her all through her life.
