It's a fine morning, sun's warmth is just cosy. Plants are giving a rosy aura, washed in dew for whole night. Birds are chirping their beautiful songs telling everyone one to get the day going.
In a Tamilian household, a woman is seen cooking hurrilly. She is making a South Indian breakfast, dosa with chutney and shambhar. She is Radhika Srinivasan, Shruti's mum.
Radhika:(shouts) Shruti! wake up. My darling daughter, don't be lazy anymore. It's your first day of college? Do you want to be late on your first day too. I don't know when will this girl be responsible? What to do with her.
An old woman, Shruti's grandmother (dadi), goes into her room and switches on the music system with high volume. The said girl gets up with her eyes half closed. As if she is still in dream world. She stares at her dadi in daze. Then she hugs her and lean on her to get some last bout of sleep. She is our heroine Shruti Srinivasan…
Dadi: I know how to wake you up. And no bittering will do you any good young lady. I am not a fool to get cheated by a small fledgling. No more tantrums, go and get ready.
Shruti: Paati…. it's not fare. I will make you pay for it….
She gets up and goes to bathroom to freshen up. She then dones a yellow salwar kameez with matching accessories. She puts on some Kajal and a light shade of lipstick. She let her hair down. After getting ready she heads to dining room. Her grandpa (dada jee) and her dad were already having breakfast. She also joins them.
Srini(Shruti's dad): I can't believe that my daughter is going to college today. She is still a kid for me. When has she grown up so much. I still remember her going to school in her marroon skirt and two pigtails.
Dada: She has attained a marriageable age. you have to get her married in few years. We have to start looking for a prospective bridegroom for her now. So believe it.
They all started laughing. They finished their breakfast in harmony in between chit-chats. Shruti then gets blessings from her parents and grandparents and leaves for college on scooty.
On the other side of town, in a posh society, in a lavish apartment, a man is getting ready. He wears am high fashion grey colour shirt, which is teamed up with a black tailored trousers. He is our siddharth subramanian(Adarsh). He then proceed to the dining table, where his father is having breakfast.
Subramanian: It's your first day of college. Do well! Career is very important in life…Keep that in mind.
Sid: Ok appa…
Rukmani(Sid's mom): All the best Sid.
She kisses him on the forehead and pats hai cheeks in affection.
Sid leaves from home on his sports bike.
Shruti has her face covered with her dupatta and she has her safety helmet on. She is driving on a regular pace. She suddenly sees something and got disturbed. she accelerates her scooty and increases her speed. She blows the horn to catch attention of the vehicle ahead. She follows the man who is in front of her
She catched up to him on a traffic signal and stops her scooty beside him. She removes her dupatta and helmet, while giving him a death glare in whole process.
Shruti: Hey you! Are you deaf or what man? I have been following you for so long qnd blowing horn all the way. Don't you hear or see me? Are you deaf and blind? Or just a little dumb?
Sid: (removes helmet) Hello? Miss Chilly. What's your problem? Why are you shouting at me? Out of no where, without reasons. It seems it is you who has lost her mind. You were following me. Are you a stalker? And for your kind information, I am neither deaf nor blind.
Busy with their arguments, they didn't pay attention to their surroundings. They were blocking the way. People start surrounding them.
Man 1: Why are you both shouting? What's the problem?
Man 2: pay attention to your surrounding. Because of you guys, there is a traffic jam…
Shruti: (turns to the man) Wait brother…
Sid: This girl os shouting at me without any reason.
Shruti:(she fumes) Hello! Look at your bike stand. You haven't even taken it properly. Do that. You could have been in an accident. What if I hadn't seen it? I was doing you a favour.
Sid: Oh! sorry. It seems mistake has been mine. Thank you for saving my life. I will more attention in future.
Shruti: keep your thank you with you. I don't need it. Be careful and think twice before talking to a girl.
By then something struck sid and he started seeing her with astonishment. While he is in daze she starts her scooty and speed up for her destination. He wanted to follow her but thought of the college prevented him from doing so.
Shruti reached college with no more mishaps. As she park her scooty, her phone beeps, a signal for an incoming message. It's a message from her brother karthik who is workin in Mumbai.
The message says, "I think the devil might have entered the college by now…All the best devil. I know you will bomb everyone".
She replied "Get ready for your office demon". She then move to the office room to handover some docs.
Fortunately or unfortunately, that we don't know yet, Sid is also attending the same college. He parked his bike and start searching for his class.
A man in black formal shirt and black high fashion trousers parks his bike in college parking. He removes his helmet. He has these beautiful and sharp eyes. A full head of silky black short hair. He is Arnav Singh Raizada. Another man follow him to the bike stand with his friends. He is Sanjay Ramakrishnan, a rich spoilt brat, son of a famous politician.
Sanjay: Hey! See there man! The hero of the college has arrived.
Varun(sanjay's frnd): Hey, shut up man! He might come and hit all of us, if he hears (they start laughing)
Arnav pretends as if he has not heard anything and heads to college campus with a princely gait. He meets Vignesh Karthik, his best friend in the corridor.
Vicky: Why are you upset? They did it again?
Arnav did not answer.
Vicky: You should have slapped him Hard. Till when are you going to let them Bully you?
Arnav: My feelings are dead. I don't feel anything by their provocation. I am walking dead man now. I can't concentrate on anything after that incident of my life. I don't see any reason to slap them. They doesn't matter. Nothing matters
