Extra: Marshal

In a pub of the Hidden City, Mike, the fat man – the fake fifth, and Sammuel drink moderately in a table while they wait for Dogel's group to arrive.

While diverting his view at a table where the nobleman communicating to his cousin via handwriting and to a table where Mefany and Jerome whispering to each other, Mike asks to Sammuel, "It may be strange to ask. But between Altrass and Dogel, who do you favor as marshal?"

"A complicated question to answer," has responded by Sammuel. "I'll state their statistics. Yet before that, I'll have to mention. In the generations that had passed, a Marshal was second to the King as the strongest. And basically, the rightful hire of the king. It means bloodline wasn't the matter. But due to the existence of a woman surpassing the power of a King, the Shadow Army and the Exceptional Generals were created. The purpose was to eliminate the number of strong people who wanted to rise with their own beliefs of a Marshal's task. For this, the royal bloodline remains in the seat for time passes. The woman, who surpassed the king, she became a queen and created the Shadow Army and the Exceptional Generals. With exception of course, the kingdom is not granted authorities to control the exceptional general. And only the JSA bearer has full authorities of the Shadow Army.

"Those of the seats had equal authorities as Marshal. Although, the Shadow Army has a linear aim, that is to protect the Royal Family."

"So, the third has equal power as Marshal?"

"To be precise, yes. Jaino is." Sammuel drinks his mug of beer. "Yet if we compare the previous Marshal and Dogel, both are humble persons who do their duties. Although I aim to become an exceptional general for my beliefs, my power is miles away of those people. Dogel can hit thousand of enemies in one strike. Altrass can destroy a target in faraway distance. They are monsters. But their objectives are nobles."

"I see now why it's a complicated question..." has responded by Mike.
