Food's expensive, clothes are expensive, the car's expensive, gas's expensive, and so's the rest of our bills. That's why we did what we did what we did. In our line of work, what else are we supposed to do. It's impossible to raise any kind of child or pet in this day and age, where everything is trying to get your money. "Money doesn't grow on trees," as the saying goes. So we have our reasons and our reasons are justified by any normal human being, I guess.
She's 14. She can do whatever she needs to do. It's easier for her to pick up and start over, right? It's not easy for adults. Adults have been where they've been for so long that when we pick up and move, it's not as easy. The whole world is new to her, so anything else will fit right in. Everything will be fine. She'll find some new parents, or some nice thugs to take her in and keep her warm at night. She's not our problem anymore. We did our job. We raised for 14 years! Fourteen long years of our lives; wasted. It's not like she'll even remember us in a few years I mean I don't remember my parents. They did the same to me and I was only twelve. We did the right thing.
