Chapter 48 - Am I Pushed Out?

There's a pin drop silence in Tina's room.

All the lights are off leaving behind a deep darkness. Tina is alone inside her bedroom, on her bed with her legs crossed.

A glimpse of sadness is showing on her beautiful face. She bit her upper lip and thought about today's incident.

Only one thing was coming in her head continuesly and it was Ming's words, "Tina, I'll wait for you." She thought that Ming should hate her now or fell uncomfortable around but what happened today was totally opposite of it. Ming loves her even after she rejected him.

This leaves her in a dilemma or in extreme confusion or sadness. This whole thing is revolving around her head and it's like that her head is going to be blown into many pieces.

She frowned her brows and suddenly caught glimpse of the photograph of her mother which was kept on the table in front of her, "Mom, am I wrong?" She asked to her late mother's picture with a sad look on her beautiful face. Her voice was so painful and sad. "Mom, I've never regretted trading myself for an orphanage....." She cupped her hand and gently grabbed her mother's photograph "But, why am I so sad?" Her mind is wandering whether she should accept Paiming Siao's love or to reject him and kick him out from her life.

"Mom, tell me if I tell Paiming everything, will he mad?" Paiming Siao was her crush and she don't want to lose him but on the other hand she is afraid to tell him about the contract and her relationship with Jim Chin. "....He.... will...."

In the morning,

Tina woke up while yawning in her half sleep condition. "My head hurts."

She immediately left her bed and went to the washroom.

In the front of a mirror she noticed her gloomy face while washing her face. 'No, no more depression, life still goes on...' She made up her mind that she will not gonna about this love matter anymore and will gonna focus her mind on earning a lot of money, 'What I can do now is work hard to make money, and fight against that pervert!'

"Come on, Tina!" She deleted the gloomy look from her face and put a brave and strong smile. "You must not throw in the towel!"

In the company,

All the employees are busy with their tasks.

Suddenly Tina noticed a woman carrying a bunch of files. It looked pretty heavy to her "Is there anything I can do for you?" She tried to help her.

"No, I can handle it." That woman immediately rejected her help in a serious tone. But Tina didn't get depressed on her rejection and asked with a faint smile, "Never mind, let me help you!"

That woman got pissed and said with an angry face, "I said no!" That woman seems pretty angry and there was a little bit jealousy in her eyes, "Miss Tung, you are a big star in our company. How can I ask for your help?"

as she continues with a deep sigh "I really envy you, you drink tea and read magazines in the company everyday."

"What a strong back ground you have." she said all these sharp and panterating words with jealousy.

'...What is she talking about?' Tina got astonished on her words. Suddenly she felt that some other eyes were also staring her from all directions. Now she started feeling a little freaked out.

All the other employees were staring her with their sharp eyes like they were going to eat her alive.

A drop of sweat rolled from Tina's forehead 'Am I pushed out....'

Yi Kuan is teasing him as always, "Jim, why don't you find your little orphan girl?"

"Humph!" He frowned his brows and twitched his lips aside. As he continued "Why should I go around that woman everyday? There's so many women!"

Suddenly someone knocked the door at the same time when Jim said this.

Both of them got disrupted, "Huh?"

A moment later, an abnormal woman with so much glamour and pearly jade like skin was wearing deep black short skirt entered in the office, "Jim, I've been waiting for you for a long time."
