Luca was about to ask another question when Halad cut him off while holding up a hand, [That's enough of that for now. You can learn more later, but for now, there are things to do. The Pillar's surveillance cameras have determined that Norani has gathered the other four Light Faction sovereigns at the Crystal Palace's array. Give me a moment while I perform some minor tweaks to the array formula.] The A.I. went silent, standing in place as it calculated actions to do. It remained this way for a minute before speaking again. [Done. Little Dragonborn, considering you've already figured out how to use the controls, activate the rerouting switch to redirect the array's arrival location to the control centre while I dig up Echardir's one-way summon method for the Dark Faction sovereigns.]
The young lad hopped to his feet and went over to the main console and began searching through the system for the switch in question. "Let's see here... systems... arrays... teleportation... controls... ah, rerouting, here we are." With a few key taps, the switch was activated, creating a miniature array at the same place that the secret entrance made the three present males appear from. "Alright, now then... backspace... controls... activation, perfect!" He then used this switch to manually activate the Crystal Palace's array from the Pillar.
Not even five seconds later did the four remaining Light sovereigns and Norani appear from the miniature array, confused as to how it activated without their control then stunned as they viewed their new location. Norani recovered the fastest, as she quietly exclaimed, "So this is the Pillar's true face... The technology of the Ancient Elves truly is astonishing."
Arthur got up from his seating position and went to greet the new arrivals, "I think that's putting it mildly, Lady Dreamwalker. Anyways, welcome, everyone. As the caretaker is currently attempting to find the method to summon the Dark Faction sovereigns, I'll take it upon myself to give you a brief explanation." He then began to reiterate the summary of the Pillar's functions that Halad had uttered before. "Apparently, our brilliant little time-hopping Dragonborn has already figured out most of what to do to operate everything, so some things might be best left for him to describe."
Luca, after hitting the activation switch, had moved back over to the map and began using the console built into the display to begin activating certain parts of the system's capabilities. In particular, he tried to use a filter function to locate hidden locations, such as Yggdrasil's secret dwelling. Unsurprisingly to him, or anyone really, the masterful methods used to protect the great tree foiled his attempts, as they were apparently only able to be seen through after the High Priestess had met them. He did, however, manage to locate a few of the secret vaults that had been discovered in his past life, though he left one unmarked for good reason. "Bit busy trying to pinpoint as many important locations as possible before we get moving... Halad, is the Martial God ready with his people yet?"
Irritated that they'd been interrupted during their deep dive into the database, the A.I. grumbled after a quick check, [Yes, they are ready. I'll let you know this now, but until the demons return, the Pillar is under a special lockdown designed by one of Echardir's peers. Basically, none of you can attack each other. I recommend you keep that in mind. I haven't seen how the security protocols work just yet.]
While the others shuddered at the thought, Luca just glazed over that piece of information as he'd expected such a thing, considering how the High Priestess had made only one mistake in her prophecy and that was due to the Watcher's involvement. He momentarily walked back to the main console, typed in a few codes to locate the right switch, activated it, then went back to trying to mark down locations.
From the miniature array sprang forth seven figures that immediately led to an atmosphere of hostility, for unsurprising reasons. Only one of the new arrivals was not treated with animosity from the Light side, just as only one of the Light side was treated respectfully by the Dark side. The new arrival in question was the Martial God Atlaros, whose dark grey irises zipped around the control room rapidly taking in information.
Sensing the hostilities, Luca sighed and stepped away from the map, making his way over to try and become a voice of reason. He politely bowed to both sides before stating his identity and the reason for their summoning. "Everyone here should be up to speed about what is supposed to come in the future, at least from my memories thanks to Lady Dreamwalker, so I will skip that part. Right now, the most important thing is to put the fate of Andor before ourselves." He clapped his hands lightly, "For us to truly get this started, I must explain what is about to happen." He made his way back to the main console, punched in a few codes and returned to the group as parts of the floor separated so that a large Stargate-style portal could rise up. "Essentially, we have all been summoned by the High Priestess, the strongest of all Ancient Elves and, potentially, all beings on the planet, to learn the truth of our world, among many other things. This includes her prophecy of the coming invasion. Without all of us together, the way to access their secret dimension would remain blocked. Of course," his eyes turned to the portal, which began to flash to life just like Luca remembered the Stargates did but without suction, "we still have to meet the two Guardians. Just keep in mind that all of these people we need to meet can easily thrash everything short of the Demon God himself."
