Finally, after Helen talked to the Steward, in other words pleaded to meet him. The butler agreed to meet Athena and Helen. Unsure of the objective of the meeting, the steward agreed to meet Athena.
Even if Helen had not called him countless times, requesting for him to meet her step-sister. The steward would have still went. This was not only because of the loyalty he had towards Helen's maternal family, but also because of his concerns for the young girl. He had treated her like his own granddaughter for the past 13 years.
He had to make sure the young innocent girl was well. The steward knew how sad she felt when her mother died, but she was truly heartbroken learning about her father's marriage. Half a year wasn't even past, when the father found another woman.
The steward was in rage, at how the young girl was willing to accept the new family, even if she was dying inside.
Her innocence and gullible attitude will put her into disadvantageous situation.
....
It was decided to meet up at the 'Robin Cafe' a perfect place to hangout, located inside the 'Star-field shopping mall'.
The excuse used was that they were going to do school shopping. The school was going to start in a weeks time and everyone doing school shopping.
The sisters were given a card each which would be filled with $500 a month. It was there monthly allowance.
(Writer: "SPOILED")
Escorted by a nanny, they made their way there way into the mall. The meeting time set to meet the steward was at 11. It was around 9.30 when they started looking around, As Helen went around looking at things getting fascinated just like a normal young girl.
Athena was following behind her listening to her cute yapping of how cool everything was. She ran around ticking of things that were on her stationary lists.
The nanny carried the stuff and followed behind the young girls.
The nanny didn't pay a lot of attention on what they were buying, she was looking outside of the store or the things she found pleasing.
The cart was filled with everything that was on Helen's stationary list, whereas the small portion of Athena's stuff was exercise books for each subject and two pencils and one blue pen.
She found all of the other things unnecessary.
The bill for Helen was of $114.65.
Athena's bill was $11.79 and a cash out of $100.
Cards were not the most popular way to pay, but shopping malls and people with above average income had cards.
The siblings had to have one, because they were in the higher-ups society. If your kids didn't have one it would be embarrassing.
So the father had bought them each one.
The siblings headed to the cafe after collecting all their new purchases.
After spending over an hour at different stores they had reached the cafe around 10.40
The nanny went to another table, because Athena had asked her to leave for some privacy.
They sisters were sitting in the corner of the cafe, it was cozy and felt more private.
Soon after an old but strict looking guy with dry gray-black hair showed up. The man looked like he was in his mid fifties. Wearing a simple pale blue shirt and black dress pants. He appeared strict but kind.
This was the steward Xuan from Athena's memories.
