Mari was running frantically through the house when suddenly.. Thump! Tom tackled her to the ground! "Nooo get off of me!" Mari screamed for mercy. Tom whom had Mari pinned beneath him ignored her plea as he leaned in close to whisper in her ear "You're the one who wanted this." just before he soaked her with the water gun in his hand..
~Five minutes earlier~
"Hi Tom.." Mari said as Tom stood dumbfounded in the doorway.
"Uh hello Mari?.. Why are you wearing that??" he replied as he walked down the steps.
Mari twisted in place for a moment looking embarrassed before coyly motioning Tom to come closer.. "I wanted to try something and thought this would be the best outfit for it."
Tom may be dense but he's not an idiot.. (She's trying to seduce me!) Tom thought as he slowly made his way over with a stupid grin on his face.
Seeing Tom grow closer with a goofy grin Mari smiled brightly.. Just before picking up a fully pumped super soaker and blasting Ol' loverboy in the face! "You're it!" Mari shouted before bolting past Tom and leaving him soaking wet in the workshop..
"What.. Wait.. What!" Tom apparently was an idiot. "Oh I'll get you!" He shouted as he picked up a soaker and began pumping it a few times before storming after Mari.
The two of them ran through the house and yard while they made a few pot shots at each other before leading up to the current situation of Mari catching a face full of high quality H2o..
"You suck.. I can't believe my boyfriend would do that to me." Mari pouted before elbowing Tom off of her.
Tom blushed upon hearing 'Boyfriend' but maintained his cool "You started it! using seduction to make me lower my guard.. That's low.."
"That wasn't seduction it was.." Mari started
"A yellow polka dot bikini! total seduction!" Tom cut her off playfully.
"It was tactical camouflage.." Mari smirked before continuing "You didn't see the gun right?"
"... Touche.. Soooo... what now?" Tom asked before grabbing two towels so they could dry off.
"I dunno.. Smite?" Mari replied awkwardly.
"Sounds good to me. I'm running Jung this time though." "You better prioritise me for ganks then." "Deal!" Tom and Mari walked into the study and booted up the computers before partying up and joining ranked conquest queue..
~The Realm~
"It seems Thomas has feelings for this one.." Sunny mumbled under his breath as he watched Tom and Mari During the water gun fight. After a few minutes the old god turned his gaze upon the small plane that he and his 'aquaintences' have been working on.
"Aaaand with that the 'Maps' are formed.. how should we go about creating the 'Creeps'?" Cab asked as he and Hotten pulled their divinity away from the fresh plane of existance above them.
"That's a good point.. maybe we should watch a few more of Tom's memories to find out their purpose. What do you say dung beetle?" Hotten stated before goading Sunny.
"They're merely cannon fodder for us to consume and grow stronger.. something you should understand well Man-eater, you two watch Tom's memories he appears to be going into a match, I'll watch him and see what I can learn." Sunny replied before turning his back to the others and setting his view from Thomas's eyes.
~Vic's house~
"Hello Lawrence how have you been?" Victoria's mother asked cheerfully.
"I've been great Mrs. Blanche is Mr Tony home?" Larry responded before Vic playfully shoved him out the way..
"Hey Mom what's for dinner tonight? Larry said he'll cook if you want.." Vic said with a smirk before hugging her mom and making her way to the couch.
"We're having.. where did you get all those?" Mrs Blanche started to answer before realizing her daughter had a chokehold on an impressive number of stuffed animals.
"Larry gave them to me!" Vic said in her 'I'm one hundred percent innocent' voice.
"From where?" Her mother asked before turning to Larry.. because Larry never lies...
"Uhhmm I skipped school with Tom to go to carowinds.. Please don't tell my dad!" Larry answered 'Honestly'.
"... aaaannnndd?" Mrs Blanche asked with her brow lifted.
"And I won them at all the games?" Larry replied while acting dumb.
"Hmmm ok.. just don't skip to much school, you don't want to lose any scholarships for a day or two of fun." Mrs. Blanche stopped inquiring and turned to the kitchen before stopping for a moment. "You can help me shuck the corn and peel the potatoes Tony is going to grill when he gets home."
"Alright! umm is there enough for me to join?" Larry whooped before making sure he'll get a plate.
"Of course dear.. can't have Vic's larebear going hungry." Mrs Blanche replied while laughing causing the two teens to blush.
"Moooooom!! that's so embarrassing!!"
"Maybe you should be quieter when you're on the phone at one in the morning so I wouldn't know your pet names for each other then.."
~movie theater~ .... (spoiler in 5..4..3..2..)
"Wait.. so that wasn't Fury? What the F#¢k!" Chelsea whispered to Mike as they walked out of the theater.
"Nah it's a krull some of them can change shape and impersonate others, you should ask Tom about them his dad collected all the old marvel comics back in the day so Tom knows most the general knowledge."
"So where to next?"
"You hungry?"
"a little.." Chelsea's stomach growled in denial.
"Then let's go get some food." Mike held the door to the civic open for Chelsea.
"So gentlemanly.."
"I prefer chivalrous but that works.. make a left at the light by the car wash."
"Just tell me where we're going.. I am driving after all." Chelsea said while flicking the blinker.
"Sakura's sushi and Japanese bistro.." Mike started before Chelsea shouted "I love that place!"
Ten minutes later the two were seated across from each other in a dimly lit corner of the sushi section as they awaited their waiter.
"Can I start you two off with drin.." A young man asked before trailing off. "You two are going out‽" Mike looked up from the menu and realized that their waiter happens to be a classmate.
"What's up Jared? I didn't know you worked here! How you been man I ain't seen you since Miss howley's class freshman year.." Mike chatted Jared's ear off for a minute before Chelsea lightly kicked his shin under the table.
"Hey Jared.. be a sweetie and take our orders please? I'm starving.." Chelsea said while giving a smile that didn't reach her eyes.
"Oh yeah.. sorry Chelsea do you know what you'll be having tonight?"
"I'll have a Coke™ to drink a salmon roll and a spider roll." Mike said before closing the menu and handing it to Jared.
"And I will have a water with some Ika nigiri and Tako sashimi." Chelsea said before copying Mike.
"I will be back with your beverages shortly." Jared said before walking briskly towards the kitchen.
